Hall 3-InnoVEX Notice on Booth Setup and Dismantling for Exhibitors Dear Exhibitor, Notices on the setting up and dismantling of the exhibition booths are summarized below. Please follow instructions and inform your contractor and transportation company to proceed accordingly. 1. Engines must be turned off after the vehicles arrive at the destination in the exhibition hall. The speed of the vehicles must not exceed 10 km/hour in the exhibition hall. (2) One vehicle per exhibitor is allowed into the showground at a time. In order for a truck to enter the exhibition halls, a temporary deposit of NT$1,000 must be paid at the entrance. The entire deposit will be returned upon move-out within one hour. NT$200/hr will be deducted from the deposit for overstaying beyond the hour allotted. (3) Vehicles are not permitted to enter the showground after 5 p.m. during move-in days. (4) Exhibitors are not permitted to erect booth partitions of over 250 cm in height. Advertising materials such as signs, posters and other advertising decorations can be extended to a height of 400 cm. (5) Exhibitors, their agents, and contractors are responsible for installation or dismantling of their booth(s) Exhibitors should finish arranging their booth decoration and exhibit displays within the dates and time scheduled by the organizer. (6) Booth decoration and exhibit set up must be completed on time. If overtime work required, the exhibitor will be docked a fee of $100,000 NTD per hour. (7) Each booth is supplied with 110 Volts 500 watts of power free of charge during show hours. (8) Electricity will be provided on the day before the show (May 29 th ) from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. (9) Exhibitors must remove all exhibits and decoration materials from the Exhibition Hall within the move-out period stipulated by the Show Management. They will be held responsible for any loss or damage to Exhibition Hall due to delayed removal. (10) Hydrants(94cm wide, 126cm high/for the third Hall, 75cm wide, 130cm high), fire extinguishers (65cm wide, 75 cm high), fireplugs, emergency exits, air quality detectors (15cm high, 15 cm wide for one-pellet set, 30 cm wide for two-pellet set, 45 cm wide for three-pellet set), electricity boxes (60cm wide, 136cm high), exhaust port (60cm wide, 60 cm high) and all signs of the hall should never be covered, or blocked. The decorating wall around the column must also leave a space of 15cm respectively above and below the air quality detector. The height of the decorating wall around the column may not exceed 4 meters. (11) Please refer to "Exhibitors Manual" for decoration rules. 2. Time. The ceiling light will be turned off at 6:15 p.m. during the show. The booth electricity will be turned off at 6:30 p.m. during the show. (3) Exhibitors should not leave their booths unattended especially during this period of time. The organizer is not liable for any damage, loss, distress or harm caused to any person or to any person's property on the exhibition ground regardless of cause. (4) The exhibitor is responsible for securing insurance coverage against all risks associated with participating in the exhibition including fire, theft, flood and accident. Coverage should be for the duration of the exhibition (including move-in and move-out). (5) No exhibits can be moved in or out during show hours. If an exhibit has to be carried in, it should be done between 8:50 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. (6) Exhibitors should display their company name on their sign at their booth area. (7) The organizer reserves the right to restrict noise level to no more than 85dB and to require suitable methods of operation and display of materials. (8) Retail sales are strictly prohibited. (9) The organizer reserves the right to determine the acceptability and extent of product demonstrations. (10) Should any rented space remain unoccupied on the opening day without just cause, the organizer reserves the right to rent the said space to another exhibitor or use the said space in any other manner deemed suitable. (11) Exhibitors should make sure to get a license or have the authority of Public Performance and Display Rights for all music displayed during show dates. (12) The exhibitor shall not assign, sublet, or apportion any part of the assigned space assigned to others or have representatives, equipment, or materials from other firms appear in the exhibition space. (13) Exhibitors are strictly prohibited from occupying the aisles or public areas, as well as handing out brochures outside their booth stand. The organizer will confiscate all items in violation of the above without recourse for compensation. Violations will be recorded and participation in future show events will be affected. (14) The organizer is responsible for daily cleaning of public areas and passageways only. (15) Exhibitors have to take care of the cleanliness of their own booths. Please put garbage container alongside the passageway of your booth(s) after show hours to be taken away. (16) Smoking is forbidden in the exhibition hall as stipulated by the Tobacco Hazards Prevention Act. During the exhibition (including setup and dismantling), Taipei City Department of Health will send out inspection agents and issue tickets for penalties for violations. Please make sure no smoking in the exhibition hall. 3. Exhibitor Badges (1) Exhibitor badges are available for pick up during move-in hours starting May 27 May 29 at the information counter in Hall 3. All exhibitors could collect exhibitor s badges by providing business cards which indicate exhibitor s company name or by presenting a letter of authorization from the exhibitor, together with a signed Safety and Health Terms of Agreement. (2) Four exhibitor s badges are allotted for each booth/stand. These serve as entry passes to the exhibition halls and must be worn for entry into the showground. *No application will be accepted during the show period. 4. Transportation Place Guide Arrival at Taoyuan Int l Airport Arrival at Taipei SongShan Airport Between Exhibition Halls Between Exhibition Halls & Hotels Departure from Exhibition Halls to Taoyuan Int l Airport After arrival at the Taoyuan International Airport, you can take the free airport shuttle bus provided by COMPUTEX to the major hotels or to the exhibition halls in Taipei city. If you have other destinations, you can take KUO-KUANG Motor Transport or taxi at your expense. Besides, Taoyuan Airport MRT is open. Visitors arriving at the Taoyuan International Airport are encouraged to travel by the Taoyuan Metro for the upmost comfort and convenience to Taipei Main Station. After arrival at the Taipei SongShan Airport, you can take Taipei Metro System (Songshan Airport Station) to the TWTC NANGANG Exhibition Hall (Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center Station) and TWTC Exhibition Hall 1 (Taipei 101/World Trade Center Station). If you have other destinations, you can take taxi at your expense. During exhibition dates, you can take the free inter-hall shuttle bus to travel between exhibition halls. If you need to use Taipei Metro system, you can also take free shuttle bus to the nearest MRT station. If you need to take a taxi, please follow the instructions for standing in line at the taxi stand of exhibition hall. At the end of each day during the exhibition, you can take free hotel shuttle bus to the major hotels in Taipei city. If you need to take a taxi, please follow the instructions for standing in line at the taxi stand of exhibition hall. At the last two days of the exhibition, you can take free airport shuttle bus to Taoyuan International Airport at TWTC Nangang Exhibition Hall. If you want to depart from TWTC Exhibition Hall 1, you can take KUO-KUANG Motor Transport or taxi to the airport at your expense. Besides, Taoyuan Airport MRT is open.
