2013 World Congress of Psychiatric Genetics (WCPG) October 17-21, 2013 Seaport Hotel and World Trade Center ~ Boston, Massachusetts USA www.wcpg2013.org Registration and Hotel Information CONGRESS REGISTRATION Everyone who attends the 2013 WCPG must be registered, and should check in at the Meeting Registration Desk to receive meeting materials. People who are not registered will not be allowed into sessions. Attendees must wear name badges to be admitted to all sessions. To register for the congress and reserve a sleeping room, complete the PDF registration form included in this packet. REGISTRATION INCLUSIONS The WCPG 2013 Registration Fees Include: Admission to all plenary, educational, and breakout sessions Admission to Education Day Sessions, including breaks (Thursday, October 17) Admission to Poster Sessions/Exhibits Admission to Welcome Reception (Thursday, October 17) Congress Onsite Program and Abstracts Certificate of Attendance (upon request) Coffee and Refreshments during official Congress breaks REGISTRATION CATEGORIES (Early Bird Registration through July 26; On Time Registration July 27 through September 30; Late / Onsite Registration beginning October 1) Registrant ($650/$750/$850): Registration includes all WCPG-sponsored plenary and educational sessions, Opening Reception, Poster Sessions/Exhibits, meals, breaks, and Education Day Sessions. Student Registrant ($400/$450/$500): Must be a full-time graduate student, medical student or in the first two years of a post-doctoral fellowship program at a university in a relevant field. A letter from the student s immediate supervisor verifying his/her student status and relevant field is required and must be uploaded during the registration process. The letter must be written in English and on student s organization s letterhead. The Student Registration features the same inclusions as the Registrant category listed above. Education Day Only ($100/$100/$100): This one-day only registration includes all Education Day sessions on Thursday, October 17, including breaks. Excludes Opening Reception. One Day Only Registrant ($195/$195/$195): Includes all WCPG-sponsored plenary and educational sessions, breaks, and provided meals for one day only (available Friday, October 18, Saturday, October 19, Sunday, October 20, or Monday, October 21).

One Day Only Student ($150/$150/$150): Includes all WCPG-sponsored plenary and educational sessions, breaks, and provided meals for one day only (available Friday, October 18, Saturday, October 19, Sunday, October 20, or Monday, October 21). Opening Reception Ticket (Thursday, October 17). The cost is $95 per ticket. Included with Registrant and Student registrations. Not included with Education Day Only or One Day Only registrations. An Opening Reception ticket will allow entrance to the Opening Reception only. It does not include access to scientific sessions, poster sessions or any other registration fee inclusions. Special Note: All Full and Student registrants for the 2013 WCPG will be given a one-year membership in the International Society of Psychiatric Genetics. REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION An email confirmation, including hotel reservation confirmation (if applicable), will be sent to the email you list on your registration form within 48 hours of receipt of your registration. Please print and retain this confirmation for your records. LETTER OF INVITATION Persons needing an official invitation letter in order to attend the WCPG should email the Society at info@ispg.net, to request a letter. This request must specify the necessary details which should be included in the invitation and include proof of affiliation. This service is provided only to assist participants who need to obtain a visa or permission to attend the Congress. It should not be considered as an official invitation covering fees or any other expenses. CURRENCY All Congress fees are calculated in U.S. Dollars. Participants from countries where currency restrictions prevent them from sending registration fees in advance are asked to inform the ISPG Executive Office at info@ispg.net, to avoid being charged the late registration fee. REGISTRATION CANCELLATION & REFUNDS Registration cancellations must be provided in writing to the ISPG Executive Office via email at info@ispg.net or fax to +1-888-417-3311. For cancellations received before August 29, 2013, the registration fee will be refunded less a $75 administrative fee for full registrations or a $25 administrative fee for Education Day or One Day Only registrations. All refunds will be processed within 30 days after the Congress ends. Any bank charges will be deducted from the refund. CME The 2013 WCPG has been approved for AMA PRA Category 1 Credit. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity. Attendees who want CME credit must complete the congress evaluation at the conclusion of the event and attest to the sessions they attended. There will be a $40.00 charge for scientific registrants to obtain CME credits. Only physicians (MDs, DOs and those with equivalent medical degrees from another country) may be awarded AMA PRA Category 1 Credit. Seaport Guestrooms Rate and Inclusions: WCPG guestrooms are standard guestrooms (single or double occupancy) at $239/night, exclusive of state and federal taxes, currently 14.45% and a $3 per night service inclusive charge (the Seaport Boston is a non-tipping hotel). Should your preferred arrival and/or departure dates selected on the form not be available, you will be contacted. As pre/post space is limited, it is recommended that you make air travel plans after you receive your hotel confirmation. Reservation Confirmation: Credit card information is required during the registration process to guarantee your reservation. Your email registration confirmation will serve as your hotel confirmation. You will not receive a separate confirmation from the hotel. Reservation Date Change and Cancellation Policy: You may change or cancel your Seaport Boston Hotel reservation without penalty up to 72 hours prior to your arrival. Should you cancel your reservation within 72 hours of your arrival, or no-show, your credit card will be charged one night s room and tax. You may change your date of departure up until check-in time. Should you depart earlier than this confirmed departure date, your credit card will be charged one night s room and tax. If you need to change your date of arrival or cancel your reservation, please email the ISPG Executive Office at info@ispg.net. ISPG will process your requested change and notify the hotel. Rollaways and Cribs: Rollaway beds and cribs are available on a limited inventory and complimentary basis. AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT The Seaport Boston Hotel guestrooms, common areas, and transportation services are in compliance with the public accommodation requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act. These facilities will be accessible to and usable by individuals with disabilities who attend and participate in the Annual Meeting. GETTING THERE The Seaport Boston Hotel and World Trade Center are located just three miles from Boston Logan International Airport. There are many ways to get there: Subway: The MBTA Silver Line Waterfront (SL1) provides service from the WTC Station to Logan International Airport terminals every 10 minutes during the weekday and every 15 minutes during the weekend. The Silver Line station is located adjacent to the hotel. Complimentary transportation from Boston Logan International Airport to Seaport Hotel (the stop is called World Trade Center Station ). The fare is $2.50 from Seaport Hotel to Logan Airport. Taxi: Seaport Boston Hotel is about three miles (10-minute drive) from Boston Logan International Airport and a quick ride away from all Boston attractions. Estimated one-way taxi fare to the hotel from the airport is $20-25. Water Taxi: This scenic way to travel is a great way to avoid traffic. Hop on the water taxi shuttle at your terminal and enjoy the ride. The stop for pick up and drop off is at the Seaport World Trade Center, directly across the street from the Seaport hotel. Be sure to state that you are a guest Seaport to receive a $7 (each way) rate. Non Seaport guests pay $10. Limousine: Boston Coach fares are approximately $50 one way to/from Boston Logan International Airport. Shuttle: Back Bay Coach shuttle fares are approximately $10 one way to/from Boston Logan International Airport.

DISCOUNTED AIRFARES The WCPG s travel partner, Caldwell Travel, Inc., has secured discounted airfares with American Airlines and Delta Air Lines for travel to the WCPG Meeting October 17-21, 2013 in Boston, MA. Caldwell Travel can assist you in making your airline reservations to secure the special WCPG discount airfares. Please note there is a $25 service fee for agent assisted domestic air reservations or $35 service fee for agent assisted international reservations. You may also book your air reservations through Caldwell Travel s customized online booking site by visiting http://wcpg.travelcaldwell.com. There is a $10 fee for this service. (Please note Southwest charges an additional $7 for access to their web fares.) Note: Not all fares are eligible for use with this discount. Individual fare rules will determine eligibility. DISCOUNTED CAR RENTAL Avis is also offering discounted rates to all WCPG attendees. HOTEL PARKING For valet and self-parking, the Seaport Boston Parking Garage is located beneath the Seaport Hotel, and offers quick and convenient parking for hotel guests. Direct elevator access is available from the Seaport Boston Parking Garage to the lobbies of Seaport Hotel, Seaport West, and Seaport East. Seaport hotel guests who arrive for overnight parking in 2013 in a hybrid or electric vehicle receive a night of complimentary valet parking.
