TECHNICAL FEATURES OF THE MMSlog MODULAR SYSTEM The MMSlog Modular System with standard dimensions * mm according to ISO 3394 (HTM71), is a storage medium for clinical & healthcare products, consisting in a complete set of elements to organize the storage space according to each situation I. TRAY (PLAIN) Y BASKET (OPENWORK) II. III. IV. DIVIDERS FOR TRAYS & BASKETS LABEL, LABELHOLDER & BRACKETS OTHER ELEMENTS (STOPS, TCLIP, ETC.) V. PLAIN SHELVES The TRAY or the BASKET, are the storage medium of standard external dimensions * mm and several heights of 15, & mm for Trays and & mm for baskets. Both are made of thermoinjected Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene () available in opaqueblue or transparentbluish for easier product identification. Baskets and trays can also be made of transparentbluish polycarbonate (PC) which can stand a temperature of 125 Degrees Celsius. The / mm DIVIDERS available in heights of, & mm allow to conveniently subdivide the trays & baskets according to the product stored and to identify different batches. The dividers are also made of the same opaque & transparent material as the trays & baskets. The end sides of the dividers have a clippingshape (for baskets) and a braceshape (for trays) which allow a firm fastening and avoid their nondesired extraction while manipulating the products. The divider can be split to create smaller compartments with trays & baskets and the Tclip holds the dividers together. The LABELS, LABELHOLDERS (* mm & 55*85 mm) & LABELHOLDER STRIPS are available in different dimensiones for easier product identification in the trays & baskets. The Labelholder is made of white polypropylene (PP), and has 2+2 horizontal & vertical hooks on its back side to ensure the firm fastening of the labelholder on the tray or basket contour tab or on the dividers in order to avoid the nondesired extraction while manipulating products. The transparent HPVC label bracket prevents the printed label from damage when manipulated. The labels are available in sheets of 25 precut cardboard labels and/ or 25 adhesive labels. When used for Kanban management, the labels can be placed on an Aluminum labelholder strip for centralized order reading. This Aluminum strip of /*3*20 mm (Length*thickness*height) is to be fasten on a wall or on the outside of a cabinet with distancing nylon washers and bolts. OTHER ELEMENTS, the polypropylene DRAWER STOP is easy to place/ remove without tools while designed to firmly stay on the tray/ basket to ensure they don t fall accidently from shelving racks or cabinets when extracting produts. The blue polystyrene (PE) TPIECE CLIPCONNECTOR helps connecting 2 dividers inside the tray or basket to create smaller compartments. The wooden SHELVES for bigger sized products are made of dampproof compact DM, with blunt edges.
