Section 3 - How will I get to intu Trafford Centre? You can get to intu Trafford Centre by car You can also get the bus You can park in one of our car parks. Peel Avenue 9, the car park near Marks & Spencer and John Lewis, has the most Blue Badge spaces for registered Blue Badge owners. The bus will drop you off at the station near Debenhams. 6 7

Section 4 - How do I find the toilets You will enter through one of 17 entrances: Follow the signs to find the toilets: Signage RADAR key They can be long They can be warm and dry To access the disabled toilets please ask any member of intu staff for the RADAR key. They can be exposed to the weather They are decorated minimally 8 9

Section 5 - How will I be supported? If you want you can use our autism awareness cards: If you want you can use our autism awareness wristbands: Hello! My name is... I have an autism spectrum condition. The cards are for you to use if you want to tell staff or shoppers about your autism They can be downloaded from our website. Please visit: www.intu.co.uk/traffordcentre They can be picked up from our customer information desk The wristbands are for you to use if you want to tell staff about your autism They will be included in the pack or you can pick one up from our customer information desk If you need help ask any intu member of staff If you need help, our staff will be wearing: Our customer service team Our security team Our environmental services team Not all our staff wear a uniform, but they will all be wearing a badge with their name on. Our staff have received specialist autism awareness training so will be happy to help you. 10 11

Section 6 - What can I do at intu Trafford Centre? You can shop. There are lots of shops at intu Trafford Centre. Here are our biggest: Section 6 - Where will I visit? I am going to visit... John Lewis is at one end of intu Trafford Centre. List which shops you will go to. A list of all our shops can be found on our website at: www.intu.co.uk/traffordcentre/stores Selfridges is in the middle of intu Trafford Centre. Debenhams is at one end of intu Trafford Centre. Section 8 - Dining at intu Trafford Centre You can eat at intu Trafford Centre. The centre has lots of places to buy food. The Orient has lots of places to buy food. You can eat at some of the restaurants * on the second floor. If we eat at a restaurant in intu Trafford Centre today, we might eat at: You can also bring a packed lunch. There are other places to eat at intu Trafford Centre. Some examples are: Eat Debenhams Café Starbucks A list of our restaurants can be found on our website: www.intu.co.uk/trafford centre/stores * The restaurants are often noisy and busy. You can eat your packed lunch on one of the benches in intu Trafford Centre. Eating a packed lunch can sometimes be quieter. 18 19

Section 9 - What else can I do at intu Trafford Centre? You can go to the ODEON Cinema. You can play mini golf, Laser Quest or rock climbing Here is a list of our activities and Monday - Friday quietest times: Activity Mini golf ODEON Cinema Laser Quest Rock climbing Quietest time Monday - Friday: 10.00am - 11.00am Quiet times vary. It contains more shops LEGOLAND Discovery Centre is at Barton Square SEA LIFE is at Barton Square There is a large outdoor area here if you need fresh air and space Fountains The car 22 23

Section 10 - Who might I see at intu Trafford Centre? Section 10 - What to do if things go wrong? You can find any member of intu staff.
