Upon arrival, deputy made contact with a subject who refused to give his full name. A records check revealed his true name and he was positively identified. He was cited and released on a promise to appear. Deputy took a report of a missing adult. He was entered into the Missing Person System. Deputy made contact with a subject who was swaying on the sidewalk. The subject displayed objective signs of being under the influence of alcohol and was unable to care for himself. Upon arrival, it was learned a female subject who entered the store and stole several items had fled the scene and was being chased by an employee. Deputies were able to locate the subject. A search found her to be in possession of the stolen items and a controlled substance. A citizen s arrest form was completed by the employee and the female was transported and booked into the SMC Jail. Deputies were dispatched to a welfare check. Deputies were advised an intoxicated male was standing near a vehicle playing music loudly. Upon contact, it was determined the subject was heavily intoxicated and unable to care for himself. He was arrested and transported to the SMC Jail to be released when sober. vandalism. Upon arrival, it was learned the reporting party and an unknown subject were involved in a road rage incident. The unknown subject exited his vehicle and proceeded to yell at the victim. The subject then kicked and punched the victim s car and left the scene. The total damage was approximately $900.
