The Big City Plan seeks to deliver: 1,500,000 sq.m. of new office, retail, leisure and cultural floorspace A 2.1 billion growth in the local economy/annum 50,000 new jobs 65,000 sq.m. of new or improved public spaces 28,000m of enhanced walking and cycling routes 5,000 new homes
