Booth Pricing & Options Booth Services: Each booth will be provided with show-colored carpet and a pipe and drape system. AOA will also provide a free listing in our Trade Show Buyer s Guide which is handed out to each attendee of the show. Additional items, such as tables, chairs, electricity, etc. are the responsibility of the exhibitor. Rentals are available through the show decorating company. Exhibit Hours: Trade Show hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 25th, 2018. Exhibitor Move In / Move Out: Exhibitor move-in is permitted between 12:00 noon and 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 24th, or 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. on Thursday, October 25th. All materials must be removed from the facility by 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 25th. Registration: Return your completed form to reserve a booth at the AOA Trade Show. Only payment guarantees a space. Booths are reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis.
