Henderson/Polk/Transylvania UCC January 2018 Meeting opened at 11:49 by Tom Brookshire. PSNC is finishing a 24 line. 8 re-routes Chase High Road. A/C mitigation. Phase 3 off CPL almost completed. Re-routes in Forest City. Henderson County-Working on mains on White Pine & Laurel Park. Running services. Robert w/foremost- (Contractor for PSNC) They are very busy. Getting services run to Marion. Southern Cross-business as usual. Hendersonville Water & Sewer- No big projects. Lots of water leaks from the cold snap. Polk County- New tech is transitioning out of locating. Very busy. Rusty-Compressor Station on Silver Creek Road is coming. Grading in progress. 3 turbines, 20K horsepower. Marc W-State UCC had good attendance. 55 attendees. PSNC is in the process of being acquired by Dominion Power. NC811 presentation given by Tami Stout. Next meeting is February 8 th.
