The kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances including a full size refrigerator/freezer, oven/stove, and microwave. The kitchen comes stocked with utensils, toaster, coffeemaker, pots and pans, and much more. A full set of bath towels, sheets, and blankets are also provided. There is even a washer/dryer on the same floor. No charcoal or gas grills are allowed near building or on the any balconies. Please do not take any such things as linens, blankets, furniture, utensils, plates, glasses, etc. out of the unit. Rate includes a starter set of bath towels and linens. You may wash these items if more is needed at the laundry stations. Please bring your own beach towels and beach blankets as towels and linens for the unit may not be taken out unless you are washing them. Please do not rearrange the furniture in any of the rooms with exception of the kitchen table. During check be careful as the doors are heavy and the carts can cause damage to the walls. Once in the unit make yourself at home, the unit should be cleaned and ready for you. Let me know if this is not the case. Parking- guests are allowed a maximum of one vehicle during their stay. Remove all of your food from the refrigerator, remove any garbage, put all used towels, wash clothes, dish clothes and dish towels in the bath tub. Please clean and put dishes back in cabinets prior to leaving. Take any food you have remaining. Leave the unit as tidy as you can. Use the common sense rule as much as possible.
