Directions to Douglas PUD Douglas PUD 1151 Valley Mall Parkway East Wenatchee, WA 98802 509-884-7191 Heading North: (from Quincy) Travel north on WA 28 to East Wenatchee. At the second stoplight, Top Foods will be on your left. Proceed through this stoplight and stay in the right lane. Follow sign to West 28 do not cross the bridge. Turn right at the Ninth St. NE exit. The 7-Eleven will be on your left. At this four-way stop, turn left onto Valley Mall Parkway. Douglas PUD is located at the north end of Valley Mall Parkway. Heading South: Travel south on US 97. (from Brewster) Continue straight onto WA 28 (Sunset Hwy). The Columbia River will be on your right. Follow WA 28 (Sunset Hwy) toward East Wenatchee. Douglas PUD will be on your left near downtown. Turn left onto Valley Mall Parkway. Turn left into the Douglas PUD parking lot. Heading East: (from Seattle) Travel east on I-90. Go past Cle Elum. Take Exit 85 toward Wenatchee. Turn left at stop sign. Turn right onto WA-970. WA-970 merges with US 97. Follow US 97 (Blewett Pass) north toward Wenatchee. Merge onto US 2 E toward Wenatchee. Follow US 2 over Columbia River north of Wenatchee. At stoplight, turn right onto WA 28 (Sunset Hwy). Follow WA 28 (Sunset Hwy) toward East Wenatchee. Douglas PUD will be on your left near downtown. Turn left onto Valley Mall Parkway. Turn left into the Douglas PUD parking lot.

Heading West: (from Spokane) From Pangborn Memorial Airport: (East Wenatchee) Travel west on I-90. Go past Moses Lake. Take Exit 151 toward WA 281 N/Quincy/Wenatchee. Turn right onto WA 281 N. Follow WA 281 N to Quincy. At stoplight, a gas station will be on your left. Turn left onto WA 28 W. Follow WA 28 to East Wenatchee. At the second stoplight, Top Foods will be on your left. Final Meeting Notes Terrestrial Resource Work Group Wells Hydroelectric Project Relicensing Douglas County PUD February 6, 2007 Meeting Coordinator: Scott Kreiter (509) 881-2327 Meeting Objective: Review and discuss stakeholder comments to Pre-Application Document (PAD) and study plans, Scoping Document 1 (SD 1), and Wells ILP schedule and relicensing activities in 2007. PAD Comments and Agreed Upon Study Plans The Terrestrial RWG discussed the submittal of the PAD. The Terrestrial RWG noted that the issues and study plans in the PAD were consistent with all discussions to date. Scoping Document 1 Douglas PUD provided an overview of FERC s Scoping Document 1 and discussed the issues identified by FERC as they related to the agreed upon Terrestrial RWG issues and proposed study plans. The group agreed that that scoping document closely matched the issues and studies developed by the Terrestrial RWG in 2006. Several members of the group indicated that they were planning on attending the project tour. Group members also indicated that they were still in the process of reviewing SD1. Douglas PUD reminded the group that comments on the PAD, SD1 and study requests are due April 2, 2007. Wells ILP Schedule and Relicensing Activities The Wells ILP schedule was reviewed and major deadlines were noted as follows: Shane Bickford gave a brief overview of the upcoming ILP schedule and also initiated a discussion of how the relicensing studies for terrestrial resources would mesh with the proposal to developing a management plans. The scope and release timing for the proposed management plans was discussed. February 27, 2007 FERC/Stakeholder Project Tour February 28, 2007 Scoping Meeting 1, 9:00 AM, East Wenatchee, WA. February 28, 2007 Scoping Meeting 2, 7:00 PM, Brewster, WA. Brad Hawkins (Douglas PUD) presented an overview of the Wells Project Relicensing Website to the group members. Brad s presentation consisted of a walk through of the website and a brief tutorial on its functionality and organization. The website address is: http://relicensing.douglaspud.org/
