Safety Above all else, FlyPrivate is committed to the safety of our clients. All aircraft are operated by select air carriers that a) have been certified under Part 135 of the Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR); and b) meet the strict standards of our safety program, administered through a strategic alliance with Aviation Research Group/U.S. (ARG/US) and other independent auditors. Completely independent from FlyPrivate, ARG/US is the undisputed leader in the field of aviation information collection, distribution and analysis and has developed an industryleading program of safety monitoring and on-site audits of all air carriers. Items monitored and audited include each carrier s operating history, maintenance procedures and flight crew experience. ARG/US maintains the most comprehensive, independent database of corporate aircraft operations ever assembled. The audit process consists of a monitoring of the FAA s and National Transportation and Safety Boards (NTSB) six different databases: National Transportation and Safety Board Aircraft Registration Operator Certificates Accident and Incident Report Enforcement Actions Ownership and Management The results of this audit provide a statistical benchmark of qualification for aircraft and pilots. At FlyPrivate we constantly monitor the status of the operators. In addition, FlyPrivate has a physical inspection program to ensure that the quality of the interior appointments is consistent with FlyPrivate service standards and meets our customers expectations. FlyPrivate performs on-site aircraft inspections on a periodic basis to monitor aircraft quality, pilot performance and service levels. This system allows us to maintain quality aircraft and crew levels, which provide our clients a consistent positive experience.
