Partial deposits will not be accepted. A second payment of $175.00 per person is due on or before October 31, 2018. A third payment of $175.00 per person is due on or before November 30, 2018. A fourth payment of $175.00 per person is due on or before January 4, 2019. Final payment or balance of trip is due no later than February 4, 2019. The final balance will be based on the final number of trip participants and will be provided by the school approximately two weeks prior to the due date. Parents will be charged as shown on the rooming list and will be responsible for finding their own room mates. Cancellations received between December 4, 2018 and January 3, 2019 will result in a cancellation fee of $300.00 per person.
Cancellations received between January 4, 2019 and February 4, 2019 will result in a cancellation fee of $500.00 per person. Cancellations received between February 5, 2019 and March 4, 2019 will result in a cancellation fee of $625.00 per person. Cancellations received between March 5, 2019 and the date of departure will result in a cancellation fee of $775.00 per person.
