Eng.,Town Manager/Clerk NOTICE TOWN OF GRAND FALLS-WINDSOR MUNICIPAL PLAN DEVELOPMENT REGULATION TAKE NOTICE that the TOWN OF GRAND FALLS- WINDSOR Municipal Plan Amendment No. 2, 2018 and Development Regulation Amendment No. 2, 2018 adopted on the 8 th day of May, 2018, has been registered by the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Environment. In general terms, the purpose of Municipal Plan Amendment No. 2, 2018 is to re-designate an area of land at 46 Earle Street from Public Use to Urban Residential on the Future Generalized Land Use Map of the Municipal Plan; and to rezone the same area from Public Use (PU) to Low and Medium Density Multi-Unit Residential Zone (RM-1) on the Zoning Map of the Development Regulations. The intent of these changes is to enable the development of Low and Medium Density Multi-Unit Residential use. Municipal Plan Amendment No. 2, 2018 and Development Regulation Amendment No. 2, 2018 come into legal effect on the day that this notice is published in The Newfoundland and Labrador Gazette. Anyone who wishes to inspect a copy of these amendments may do so at the Planning Office, Engineering Department, Town Hall, 5 High Street, GRAND FALLS-WINDSOR, during normal office hours. 321 NOTICE TOWN OF APPLETON MUNICIPAL PLAN AND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS TAKE NOTICE that the TOWN OF APPLETON Municipal Plan Amendment No. 2, 2018 and Development Regulations Amendment No. 2, 2018 adopted on the 15 th day of May, 2018 and approved on the 12 th day of April, 2018 have been registered by the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Environment.
