The full conference package is from the start of the Meet and Greet to the end of the banquet on Saturday. It includes lunches and evening functions but excludes the Thursday afternoon session and sport. If you book this, no additional items need to be booked except Thursday afternoon and provision for guests. 2. Day packages include the conference and lunch on the day, plus all teas and coffees. They exclude the evening events. 3. Meet and Greet, Celebration Dinner and Banquet need to be booked separately for all attendees not using the full conference packages. 4. Only use this item to book additional places at lunch eg for an Ann/partner who is not registering for the conference on that day. 5. The youth programme is an all-inclusive charge including meals and selected parts of the conference programme. Note that the reduced fee for youth is payable by the host club. Please note that the Panorama Cycle Race is taking place over the same weekend. Early Booking is therefore essential.
