EXHIBITION Exhibition Over three days, from the evening reception on 27 November to the close on 29 November, Seminar delegates will be looking to see what s new in the industry, and it s a chance for exhibitors to show them what they are working on. Located next to the seminar theatre, where tea, coffee and lunch will be served, the exhibition stands will be an attraction for all the delegates. Using the experience of the World Forum at staging striking events for global clients, we are offering a uniform package to all exhibitors. Set up: The exhibition set-up will be on the 27 November. As part of the exhibitor package, IMCA will place your logo on our website, display it in the seminar pack and include your company name in pre-event press releases. EXHIBITION Exhibition Stand-alone frames The floor layout is not suitable for the traditional exhibition format involving separate bays for the display of hardware and kit. Instead, the World Forum promotes the use of display boards within stand-alone frames. You simply provide the graphics to us and the World Forum does the rest. Across the lobby and theatre entrance, there will be 10 dedicated spaces for exhibits. We will be using the World Forum s purpose- designed and built stand-alone frames. Each exhibitor will have an area of 3m 2m and two standalone frames and a poseur table. Each stand-alone frame is 2.4m (h) 1.m (w). Supplier members only.
