The vehicle pulled into 461 Kenwood Dr. and was subsequently stopped for the traffic violation of tinted windows. driver was placed into handcuffs and removed from the vehicle. Police located a digital scale with marijuana residue next to the driver's seat. A mason jar with marijuana residue was located in the trunk of the vehicle. The driver was arrested and transported to the Euclid City Jail. The vehicle was towed. During the traffic stop police located marijuana on the vehicle driver and a loaded handgun on a juvenile passenger. The victim followed the suspect male in his truck to 20020 St. Clair where the suspect lost control of the four wheeler. The victim recovered his four wheeler while the suspect male entered a silver Ford bearing Ohio LP GBW8979, driven by an unknown person and fled the area. The suspect is described as a black male in his early 20's, 5'07", 150 lbs, with shoulder length dreadlocks.
