Y E L L O W S T O N E C L U B Private Air SHUTTLE FAQ We have selected Swift Aviation along with Delta Airlines as our operat ing partners to kickoff this season s YC Shuttle. Each season we try to attune flight schedules, refine our services, and contract with well suited vendors for the benefit of our members. Delta Airlines consists of VIP appointed Boeing 757 jetliners. These spacious aircraft are Wi-Fi enabled and outfitted with 72 first class seats. Delta has dedi cated a small portion of their fleet to serving profes sional sports teams and affinity programs like ours. Swift Aviation is a Phoenix, Arizona based FAA approved, Part 121 supplemental air carrier specializing in VIP travel. Clients include professional sports teams, high profile entertainers and many others. Swift operates a small fleet of VIP appointed Boeing 737-400 jetliners. All aircraft are Wi-Fi enabled and outfitted with 68 premium first class seats. A Canadair Regional Jet (CRJ) Series 200 aircraft may be occasionally used to supplement or replace the Boeing Aircraft when seat demand permits. The CRJ200 or Challenger 850 as its otherwise known is a corporate derivative of the 50-seat jetliner widely used by major airlines. The cabin has been completely re-outfitted with 15 seats and features like Wi-Fi and other deluxe amenities. Range and cruising speeds of the CRJ200 are similar to the Boeing making it ideally suited for the shuttle program. PRICING $ 4,800 Round-trip / $ 2,800 One-way * Pricing subject to change CANCELLATION Upon booking, you will be held responsible for the cost of your seats. Your member account will be charged after your trip has taken place to ensure your account is billed accordingly. CARGO PROGRAM We may accommodate carriage of certain larger items in the cargo hold. Please contact YC Travel Concierge for availability and pricing. Shipping prices are subject to change. CHECK- IN We have arranged complimentary valet and long-term parking from each departure city for your convenience. Upon check-in you will be asked to present government issued ID such as a driver s license or passport. Travelers are encouraged to arrive at least 45 minutes prior to departure. Doors will close at the posted time of departure.

LUGGAGE As a general rule, please plan to check any bags you would when flying commercial, including skis and oversized items. Please limit your checked luggage to no more than four bags per traveler. Luggage will be offloaded directly from the plane and into your vehicle upon arrival. Unaccompanied luggage requires pre-registration 72 hours in advance and is subject to our unaccompanied luggage fee of $100 per bag, plus valet delivery charge. YC Shuttle and Travel Concierge are not liable for lost items. SECURITY Charter flights with more than 30 seats are subject to regular TSA screening and flight regulations. Private security screening will take place immediately prior to boarding. Carry-ons are subject to inspection. Wine may be taken onboard upon special request. CHILDREN Per FAA regulations children under two years of age are permitted to sit on their parent s laps at no charge. However, use of FAA approved car seats is encouraged. All seats occupied by children, regardless of age, will be charged full price due to limited seating availability. Children under 15 years old must be accompanied by an adult or guardian. Additional fees and paperwork may apply to unaccompanied minors. ONBOARD SERVICE A premium meal selection and beverage service will be available. Travelers with special dietary needs or preferences should forward your requests to YC Travel Concierge at least 72 hours prior to the departure of the flight. WHAT TYPES OF AIRCRAFT ARE USED? This season we will be using VIP appointed aircraft provided by Swift Aviation and Delta Airlines. Swift Aviation operates Boeing 737-400 Jetliners with 68 first class seats. Delta operates on VIP appointed Boeing 757 jetliners with 72 first class seats. When demand permits, shuttle flights may be operated on a CRJ 200. PETS Dogs and cats are welcome, when accompanied by their owner. Please notify YC Travel Concierge in advance as to the type and approximate weight of your pet(s) so we may notify all passengers to ensure that we prepare for any possible allergies affecting your fellow travelers. Limits on the number of pets allowed in the aircraft s cabin may apply so we recommend you reserve early. Once onboard, dogs must remain on a leash, safety harness, or in a carrier that fits underneath the seat in front of you, and must not block the main aisle. During takeoff and landing, turbulence, and when the pilot turns on the fasten seatbelt signs, dogs must remain on the floor or in a carrier. Cats must stay in an approved carrier for the duration of the flight. Unaccompanied pets will not be accepted for travel. Additional fees may apply to pets onboard. WHO WILL ACTUALLY BE RESPONSIBLE FOR FLYING YC SHUTTLE FLIGHTS? All flights are contracted with FAA approved commercial air carriers certified to the highest safety and service standards. We will be using Swift Aviation and Delta Airlines to operate our YC Shuttle flights for the Winter 2017-2018 season. ARE THE AIRCRAFT WIFI ENABLED? Yes. Flights operated by Swift Aviation and Delta Airlines offer lnflight Wi-Fi. WILL ANY ADDITONAL FLIGHTS BE ADDED? If so how far in advance can you reserve? Shuttle flights and aircraft are subject to having sufficient member interest to cover operational costs associated with the flight. The more advance notice the better. Please notify YC Travel Concierge of your preferred travel dates. Should there not be enough interest to add more flights and/or the existing shuttle schedule does not coincide with your preferred travel dates, YC Travel Concierge will help organizing ride-shares with other interested members on smaller, chartered jets.

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ADVANCE NOTICE PERIOD FOR A FLIGHT RESERVATION? Reservations should be made no less than 72 hours prior to a scheduled flight to allow for required FAA manifest processing. WHERE DO I CHECK-IN FOR FLIGHTS? A YC Shuttle representative will be onsite to assist with checkin. Curbside baggage drop off and complimentary valet parking will be offered at each departure city. CAN PETS TRAVEL IN THE PASSENGER CABIN? Yes, provided they do not block the aisle and emergency exits. Certain restrictions apply. Unaccompanied pets will not be accommodated. Additional fees may apply to pets onboard. WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE USED FOR TRAVELERS WITH PET OR FOOD ALLERGIES? YC Travel Concierge will take care to provide adequate separation from onboard pets and order special meals for those travelers with food and pet allergies. Please notify Travel Concierge of any special needs and they will be added to your travel profile. ARE TRAVELERS REQUIRED TO UNDERGO THE SAME TSA SECURITY AS FLYING COMMERCIALLY? Travelers will be required to undergo customary security screening which involves a visual search of carry-on baggage. Liquids and gels are permitted and passengers may bring wine and other liquids of varying quantities aboard the aircraft. IS IT PERMISSIBLE TO SHIP ANY PERSONAL ITEMS ON THE SHUTTLE? Carriage of certain larger items in the cargo hold may be accommodated on a space available basis. Additional fees may apply. No hazardous materials will be accepted. Travelers must notify YC Travel Concierge no less than 72 hours prior to any scheduled flight so it can be determined if such requests can be accommodated. WHAT HAPPENS IN THE CASE OF MECHANICAL DELAYS, ETC.? A flight mechanic will be available for every flight. If a flight encounters an extensive delay because of mechanical problems, we will provide another aircraft to recover the flight. DO GUESTS NEED TO BE ACCOMPANIED? Registered guests over the age of 15 do not need to be accompanied by a member to travel on the YC Shuttle.
