Overnight camp at Llyn Gwynant campsite Friday 11 th May CHALLENGE DAY ONE 4.30am An early wake up call! 5.00am Breakfast served TEAMS TO BE FULL Y READY 20 MINUTES BEFORE START TIME 6.00am First Dragon & Monster teams set off on Snowdon hike 30kms, approximate guide time of 8.5 hrs 7.00pm Rolling buffet dinner & overnight camp at Llyn Gwynant campsite Saturday 12 TH May CHALLENGE DAY TWO 4.30am Another early start! 5.00am Breakfast served - TEAMS TO BE FULL Y READY 40 MINUTES BEFORE START TIME 6.00am First teams set off on the bike Dragon 60km / Monster 40km PM Teams finish at the campsite and drive to Liverpool (2hrs) 7.30pm Drinks reception at Anfield Stadium, Liverpool 8.15pm Dinner and awards ceremony

Support Drivers This year support drivers aren t compulsory but will drive teams to Snowdonia and to celebratory dinner in Liverpool Challenge base will be the campsite and support drives will be able to monitor the progress of their teams and pick up any team members who can t finish the challenge We may ask some support drivers to be hunters to pick up participants who can t finish the challenge. Support drivers are cheer leaders, and food and drink suppliers to teams Mobile phone signal non-existent and no wifi at the campsite!! Parking restricted to 2 vehicles per team 7

Monster & Sprite Bike Route Distance: 38.7km Total ascent: 1120m Approximate bike time 4-5 hrs Start and finish at campsite

Sprite & Beast Hike Route Distance: 20km Total ascent: 1291m Approximate hike time 4-5 hrs Start and finish at campsite
