TEMPLE/COURT REPRESENTATION Every Temple/Court is expected to be represented by the Illustrious Potentate/Commandress, Chief and Assistant Rabbans/1 st and 2 nd Lieutenant Commandress. If a Temple/Court is to be represented by proxy, proper notification must be submitted to the Office of the Imperial Deputy of the Desert, on Temple/Court stationary signed by the Illustrious Potentate/Commandress, attested by the Illustrious Recorder/Recordress and with the seal of the Temple/Court. TEMPLE INDEBTEDNESS Temples must pay ALL indebtedness to the Desert of New York on or before the opening of the Desert Conference. Any Temple neglecting to pay its annual assessment shall not be entitled to be represented at the Desert Conference. REGISTRATION Every Noble and Daughter attending the Desert Conference must pay Registration Fee of One Hundred dollars ($100.00) in advance.
