Hexagonal trough shape allows waterer to be mounted within 6 of the wall and it also makes for easy cleaning, leaving less debris in the tank compared to a square trough. Easy access float valve box with a spring latch adds structural support and is safe for cows. Rolled trough edges provide the ultimate in a cow-safe, cow-friendly design while adding to the structural integrity of the tank. Rugged, double-sided leg supports Valve box is designed to accept a variety of Franklin and Jobe water valves. Locking, store-away handle stays out of the way of cow traffic. Self-lubricating Nylatron bearings reduce friction, allowing the tank to be dumped with less effort - combined with a long-lasting performance.
