This is to make the meeting room larger. Also, the older treadmill in the clubhouse needs maintenance and there is a call in for service. It was reported the newer treadmill was also showing an error display. It has been reset and is working. Towne Request Towne Properties has requested that any resident that has experienced any damage caused by Davey to send them an email. Please include pictures if possible. Decorative or seasonal flags that are in good condition are permitted. School and team flags, banners, etc. may be displayed on game days. Decorative, seasonal, school and team flags and banners are to be not larger that 3' by 5'. (See "Flags" pg. 19 in Handbook of Rules & Regulations) Website Updates The RegencyAtHiglandLakes.com website is now managed by the HOA and Communication Committee and is currently being redesigned. Directly managing the site will allow for quicker notifications and more flexibility. Once the redesign is complete communication will go out to the community. What s Cooking Cheesy Potato Casserole Ingredients 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup (10.75 ounce can) 1 1/2 cups sour cream 32 ounces frozen hash browns, thawed 3 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese 20 RITZ crackers, crushed 2 tablespoons butter, melted Container: 9 x 13-inch baking dish- If you prefer, you can spray the baking dish with a cooking spray such as Pam Steps Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Mix the soup and sour cream in a large bowl. Add the potatoes and 2 cups of cheese; stir until well blended. Spoon the mixture into 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Top with remaining cup of cheese Combine cracker crumbs and butter; sprinkle over potato mixture. Bake the casserole for about an hour or until the mixture is hot and bubbly.
