Part I: Expo Profile Report on 2013 CIAPE China International Auto Parts Expo (CIAPE) 2013 was successfully held in China International Exhibition Center (Old Venue) in Beijing from Sep. 13th to 15th, 2013, It attracted 1,523 exhibitors and 51,760 trade visitors from over 110 countries and regions around the world. CIAPE, as an exhibition known in the auto parts industry, facing the global auto supporting market and the aftermarket which integrates demonstration of the overall level for Chinese and international auto industry and the trend of the development, new products, new technology, new material, new technology and achievements, establishing the brand image, introduction of advanced technology and equipment, key components, advanced management experiences and overseas intelligence resources, expanding import and export, developing new markets, overseas investment and cooperation, promoting research, development and production interaction, boosting the exchange at home and abroad, plays an important role in information exchange, product display, investment cooperation and negotiation between Chinese enterprises and the international well-known enterprises. 1. CIAPE covers comprehensively in the industry with a numerous exhibitors International pavilion presents a new appearance The 7th CIAPE attracted more than 1,000 exhibitors from the automotive industry clusters from 25 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions and the 12 national automobile and auto parts export bases in China. In the aspect of international exhibitors, Turkey, the United States, Japan, Korea, Canada and other countries formed the international pavilion. Named as the "auto industry center", Michigan in the United States participated in the expo for the first time as a group. Well-known companies such as Aisin and Advics were new faces this year as international exhibitors; many famous vehicle and auto parts enterprises from home and abroad, such as Faw, Sino-Trunk, Hyundai, Chery, Jianghuai, Higer, Xiamen Jin Long,

Delphi, and Continental etc, gathered at the expo. Thousands of elite leaders on procurement, research and development also gathered in the fair. 2. Turkey participated in 2013 CIAPE as the Partner Country In 2012, China international auto parts expo invited India as the Partner Country and there would be a Partner Country each year ever since to strengthen the Chinese and foreign auto parts industry depth cooperation so as to achieve resource sharing, complementary advantages, mutual benefit and win-win outcome. As the Partner Country in 2013, Turkey fully participated in the 7th China international auto parts expo. Turkey exhibition area had 588 square meters, consisting of more than 23 Turkish auto parts manufacturers and many auto parts wholesalers, dealers and purchasers. To promote mutual understanding and cooperation of vehicle and auto parts enterprises between China and Turkey, the "China Research and Investment Cooperation BBS" was held. Vehicle and auto enterprises of the both sides got together to discuss topics about auto parts manufacturing technology, equipment and management experience, and development of automobile electronic new technology. While seeking cooperation among enterprises, Turkey also brought unique characteristic culture. During the expo, Turkey carefully organized a special activity called "Turkish Culture Night", which brought audiences great enjoyment besides the rich sensory experience. 3. Elites in the industry attended the summit forum Activities during the expo are brilliant China International Auto Parts Development Summit Forum has a good reputation in China s auto parts industry, and each year there will be a different subject integrating several hot topics in the industry to establish a bridge for communication and exchange views, which brings real value and benefit for participants. CIAPE held more than 10 activities, including International Conference on Policies and Regulations of Major Overseas Automobile Markets, Gasgoo Match-making Purchasing Conference, R & I

Partnership for OEM s Between Turkey & China, China International Automotive Electronic Forum, SEMA China Business Development Meeting, AIAG Auto Parts Purchasing Leadership Forum, China Wearing Parts Industry Development Forum and Series Activities of China Automobile Aftermarket Dealers Union etc. 2013 International Conference on Policies and Regulations of Major Overseas Automobile Markets invited experts of related organizations and associations from Russia, Italy, US, Malaysia, Indonesia, Egypt and etc to introduce latest news about auto markets, laws, technical standards and regulations in their countries or regions. In addition, some exhibitors held many events during the expo such as new product launch, new techniques seminar and brand promotion activities. 4. Large auto manufacturer delegations brought potential cooperation opportunities Over the years, numerous auto manufacturers have gained cooperation intentions after learning the situation on brand image of the suppliers, enterprise strength, product research and development. 2013 CIAPE invited more than 1,000 purchasing, technical and R&S staff from over 80 auto manufacturer enterprises such as China's Beijing Automotive Industry Corp, China National Heavy Duty Truck group Co., Ltd. (CNHTC), Beijing Hyundai, Yutong and Guangzhou Auto Group Co. and etc. which brought great opportunities for auto parts manufacturer enterprises. On the other hand, almost 500 excellent auto parts dealers and agents from national auto aftermarket all attended the expo. These enterprises were from 8 passenger car system affiliated to Germany, Japan, the United States, Korea and domestic car brand, as well as commercial vehicle, micro cars, wearing parts brand franchise

stores and etc. Additionally, professional purchasing groups from over 30 cities in China were also invited to visit the expo. 5. Tuning-vehicle pavilions demonstrated innovation and fashion During 2013 CIAPE, China International Auto Refitting Expo was also held, with an area of 20,000 square meters. Abundant of famous manufactures and agents from European countries, US, Taiwan and China gathered at the expo that made it splendid. Boosting Tuning-vehicle culture was the theme for the expo. The expo held SEMA China Business Development Meeting for SEMA manufacturers and Chinese buyers. SEMA has the world's leading exhibition of tuning-vehicle integrating state-of-the-art techniques and popular products attracting numerous well-known purchasers from all over the world. Furthermore, activities such as live drift performance, refitting brand new product launch and lottery activities brought great driving fun of brand new trend for the audience. Part Ⅲ: Quotes Mr. Suheyl Baybali, Executive Officer of Association of Automotive Parts and Components Manufacturers Turkey as the partner country took part in the 7th China International Auto Parts Expo. As the only state-level professional auto parts expo, CIAPE provided us an opportunity to communicate with experts from vehicle and parts enterprises, government officials and professional of all aspects. For the development of automobile industry, it was also a rare chance to promote mutual beneficial cooperation between our two countries. There is no doubt that it has brought us huge potential cooperation opportunities with the growing cooperation between the two countries. We all hope that CIAPE create new and fruitful business cooperation opportunities for both sides. The connection is bound to bring China-Turkey entrepreneurs new business cooperation opportunities and promote the friendship between our people. Mr. Yamada Noboru, President of Denso (China) Investment Co., Ltd. China International Auto Parts Expo provided a platform for global major auto parts enterprises to display and exchange, which was a great help for enterprises to understand new products, to know industry trends and to expand the influence. Since the first expo held in 2007, Denso has actively participated. We think highly of the international communication platform and regard it as one of the important activities for Denso s global development. In the future, we will still actively make good use of the platform to make contribute to China's auto society with our technologies and products. Accommodation and transportation that arranged by the organizing committee for us (OEMs) were very considerate. We knew a lot of professional manufacturers and technical companies. Hope the expo gets better and better. Mr. Wang Zhi, Engineer of Dongfeng Honda Automobile Co., Ltd. We met the domestic first-class auto parts suppliers as well as knowing foreign excellent production technologies. But we still have a language barrier to communicate with foreign exhibitors, and we hope the committee can provide domestic and overseas audience exhibitors with professional translators at the scene. Mr. J Edward Huang, Manager of Singapore Mec.sing Marketing The scale and quality of the expo were the best ever. We visited a few companies and reached cooperation intention with them. There will be discussion and communication next. It s worthy to participate in this expo and hope to meet in next expo.

Mr. Dai Qun, Procurement Manager of AARON MONTECCHIO LTD. It was the third time to participate in the China International Auto Parts Expo and it became better and better. I saw many exhibitors that we had been interested in and we reached cooperation intention with several companies. We will come again next year and hope to meet more exhibitors. Mr. Sergio nogueira, Mexican buyer It was my first time to come to the China International Auto Parts Expo and I was very satisfied with it. We were appreciated that Turkey as the partner country to participate in the expo. We not only met a lot of suppliers from all over the world including our own partners for many years and also widened the procurement channels. I m looking forward to the 2014 CIAPE. Mr. Frank Hung, Manager of A&B Motorsports It was the first time for our company to attend the China International Auto Parts Expo. We didn t know the expo till we participated in. We were very satisfied with it after the live experience. Exhibitors were from all around the world and exhibits on display were comprehensive. In short, we got a lot of benefits from the expo. In addition, the organizing committee provided free accommodation and shuttle buses, which gave us a great help. Ms. Shang Jin, Beiqi Foton Motor Co., LTD As the expo s largest group per year, our company organize hundreds of professionals to visit the expo. The visitors were much more than last year and they all very satisfied with the service provided by the organizing committee, including shuttle buses and free dining at noon, which greatly improved the enthusiasm of the professional visitors to the exhibition. Daiko Group, Japan 1. Japanese exhibitors learned a lot through the CIAPE about China domestic market demands. One of the exhibitors called Car Conveni Club Co., Ltd has been positively communicating with several Chinese auto parts enterprises about becoming sales agents in the Chinese market. 2. We want to express our sincere thanks to the organizing committee who made a great help. After the exhibition activity "China-Japan auto parts manufacturers cooperation exchange conference", many companies went to our booths again to talk business. We gained a lot from the expo. 3. Japanese exhibitors cooperative intention with Chinese auto parts manufacturers greatly enhanced after collecting exhibits information during the exhibition. 4. During the expo, the exhibitor BB INC had many exhibits on display and many enterprises showed great interest in its technical and sales agent. They hoped to achieve cooperation in the future

Mr. ANDY JUNG, SUNGCHANG AUTOTECH CO.,LTD This is the first time to participate in CIAPE for our company. We have met a lot of suppliers up to our requirements. We attended the match-making purchasing meeting during the exhibition and reached cooperation with many companies. We will arrange for follow-up after we go back to Korea. The service during exhibition was also impressive. We will continue to participate next year, and we will also inform the Korean partners to participate in CIAPE together. China Automotive News The international cooperation trend of the 2013 CIAPE advanced more obviously. Country delegations from the United States, Turkey, Japan, South Korea and other countries displayed products and technologies, and focused more on seeking cooperation with Chinese vehicles and auto parts enterprises. At the same time, more and more joint ventures brought aftermarket brands and products which became this year's highlights. The exhibition reflected the great potential for the development of Chinese automobile industry, showing global car guys high expectations on the future growth of China's automobile industry.
