Tuesday Night Welcome Reception, Hyatt Tuesday, December 11, 2018 Join us for the Welcome Reception in the Hyatt Fire Pit and backyard! This event is a great opportunity to network with attendees and enjoy delicious food & beverages. The reception will begin at 5:00 pm and conclude at 7:00 pm. SCCIA Annual Golf Tournament, Daniel Island Tuesday, December 11, 2018 SCCIA will be holding their annual tournament at Daniel Island. Transportation and club rental will be available for out of town attendees. The tournament will kick-off at 9:00 am. More information is enclosed.

Wednesday and Thursday breakfasts and breaks will be held in the Exhibit Hall to ensure maximum exposure to attendees. Exhibitors may begin load-out at 11:00 am on Thursday. You will have until 2:30 pm on Thursday to remove all exhibit booth items from the hall. Please note that neither SCCIA nor Hyatt will be held responsible for lost or stolen items. *All exhibit booths will be assigned by SCCIA. Booth assignments will be sent out prior to the conference. ** Please note: Only two (2) attendee registrations are included in the exhibitor fees.
