This excludes damage caused by misuse or accident. This warranty extends only to the product's original purchaser. Nirey Electric Knife Sharpeners are designed to make knife sharpening safe, quick and easy. They maintain a 15 degree sharpening angle, taking the guess work out of sharpening your knives. Nirey KE-198 Electric Knife Sharpener User Profile: The Nirey KE-198 is ideally suited to household or recreational sharpening. The KE-198 is NOT designed for continuous commercial use. The Warranty Period is two (2) years for motor and a lifetime on sharpening stones. Nirey KE-3000 Electric Knife Sharpener User Profile: The Nirey KE-3000 is designed for recreational and semi-commercial use.
