Conditions of reception GENERAL PRESENTATION LES IRRÉELS is a variable-geometry performance (camp from 3 to 12 huts). Conditions of reception > Huts Layout / Place (venue) choice : The choice of the place is essential for the good progress of the performances. The huts layout is adaptable to your venue, the set up & hut selection will be discussed between the venue manager, the Organiser and our company director. According to weather conditions, Huts can be set up in or outdoor. Each hut must be set up on hard flooring without excessive steep slope (if not : holds will have to be supplied by the Organizer). IMPORTANT We recommend covered or semi covered site. Weather conditions as: - Wind (beyond 35km/h estimated) - Rain - Snow - Temperature below 5 C degrees or beyond 30 C degrees Will not allow to perform nor to set up/dismantling For outdoor performances, in case of bad weather, the Organizer will have to provide an indoor fallback solution.. > Set Up / Dismantling : - Set up : 1 to 3 shifts, upon number of huts (1 shift = 4 hours) - Show timing : 4 hours (included a 20min break) - Dismantling: 1 to 2 shifts, upon number of huts Additional local crew for load-in/out will be required if set trucks (20m3 to 45m3) can not have direct access to the venue and huts location. General technical conditions Technical needs will be defined by the technical manager and company director according to the number of huts and the site location. We recommend a site lighting design, in agreement with our technical manager. Organizer will have to supply the necessary material (This material will have to be supply In addition of the material listed below). > DAY TIME SHOW To be supply by the Organizer (according to the number of huts) : - 1 x dimmed 16A mono + 1x direct 16A mono CEE Form 230V by hut - Kit of cabling according to site dimensions - 1 electric distribution box with adapted power - 1 light control board Lights supplied by the Company : - Several PC 650 W and PAR 56 300W - Cabling > NIGHT TIME SHOW Additional lighting - to be supply by the Organizer : - Distribution box with 2 x 63A TETRA and 4 direct 16A mono / 230V - 2 x dimmers 12x2 KW - 1 or 2 light control boards 12 ways (according to huts layout) - 1 x PC 1000W or PAR CP62 (imperative) by hut (1by simple hut and 2 by double hut) - 1 cabling cable - Lighting stands (feet or trusses ) for face projectors according to huts layout - Working light for dismantling and load-out Please note : This has to be additional material to the day time show requirement. Big enough to welcome 3 to 15 people and to be used as a resting lounge during our showtime, close to the location of our performance. - This dressing room must be equipped with : coat rails and hangers for costumes, chairs, make-up tables with light and mirrors, table for our props. Well heat dressing room according to the season. - Shower and toilets must be nearby > Catering : Water, hot drinks, soft drinks and catering (fresh fruits, dried fruits...) for the whole team during our stay. > Security - Huts must be in a secure location with security coverage at all time. - Minimum of 30 bicycle rack barricades : according to the huts layout - Trucks and Vans must be in a secure location with security coverage at all time.
