Be roadworthy and well maintained 2. Must fit the concrete base allocated 3. Must be insured Copy of insurance to be provided 4. Photo of caravan must be provided 5. Awnings cannot be longer or wider than the caravan. Awnings erected at owners risk & only...within concrete boundary and no bedroom extensions. Leave erected between 31/3-30/9. 6. No white goods in awnings (e.g washing machine, fridges etc.) 7. Abide by Park Rules and the terms of the pitch agreement. Please note we do not accept the following makes of caravan* (unless already sited): *correct at time of print Hobby, LMC, Roma, TEC, Tabbert, eippert plus any others that do not suit our pitches. e also ask for a 100.00 pitch tidy & electricity card deposit to be paid alongside the pitch fees if successful in obtaining a pitch for the 2018 season. This 100.00 would be refunded to you once you have vacated your pitch providing it is left clear of any rubbish etc and the electricity meter card is returned to reception before your departure.
