CAMPING SITE (open Tuesday 3 rd - Monday 9 th May) Caravans; Motorhomes; Live-in Horseboxes; Tents: A Campsite Pitch Pass admits either a motorhome, horsebox, caravan or tent to the Camping Site. A Campsite/Season Public car pass will also be issued which will give a car access to Camping Site and the Public Car Parks. All passes must be purchased in advance and all vehicles entering the Camping Site must bear the relevant pass. (Vehicles bearing daily passes or no pass will not be admitted to the Camping Site even in the evening.) Additional Campsite/Season Public car pass(es) only available to those booking or having booked a Camping Site. Sites will be allocated according to pitch size (see Ticket Application Form for pricing). All items, e.g. caravan, tent, car, awning, etc. must fit within the pitch, with the exception of an additional car which may be sited nearby. As a guide, a small 1 or 2 man tent & car will normally fit into a Small Pitch (4m frontage x 5m depth). A normal caravan, car & awning will normally fit into a Standard Pitch (7m frontage x 8m depth). If your tent or vehicle is larger than a Standard or Small Pitch, please telephone the Box Office for prices and special arrangements. Please indicate whether or not you have a generator. For each small or standard booked pitch, 2 Campsite/Personal Admission (whole event) badges will be issued, for admission to the Camping Site and to the Event grounds. Additional personal season (whole event) badges may be purchased at 52.00 each from the Box Office in advance or at the Camping Site Park on arrival. N.B. All persons (including driver of car/motorhome/horsebox) require personal passes except for children 12 years and under who are free of charge. Full site details will be forwarded with tickets. No Site number or location can be guaranteed. Details of Podpads and caravan hire companies available via the website www.badminton-horse.co.uk or from the Box Office. DOGS While dogs are welcome at Badminton, they must be kept on a lead, and are not permitted in the grandstands nor the Badminton Members Enclosure sponsored by NFU Mutual nor any other restaurant and should not be left in cars. Any distressed dogs will be removed from vehicles by the R.S.P.C.A./Police. For reasons of hygiene and health, please do not allow dogs to foul areas around tradestands or other public places; if they do, please clear up after them using the bags provided. (Assistance Dogs only will be admitted to the Members Enclosure). RADIO BADMINTON Horseware Ireland Radio Badminton in conjunction with SoundDec. Continuous live radio commentary everyday including dressage tests in full, with our usual technical experts. Receivers available at the price of 8 (in advance); 9 (on the ground). CANCELLATION or ABANDONMENT If the event is cancelled, prepaid tickets will be refunded in full in respect of any day that is cancelled before the start of that day s competition. In respect of items covering the whole event (Season tickets, Camping Site, etc.) the following proportions will be refunded: cancelled before Wednesday or Thursday starts 100%; before Friday 85%; before Saturday 60%; before Sunday 15%. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY Save for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the Organisers or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the Organisers, Badminton Horse Trials Ltd., the British Equestrian Federation, British Eventing, The Trustees of the Somerset Trust, The Duke of Beaufort and his Estates, Swangrove Estates Ltd. nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury, illness to horses, owners, riders, grooms, spectators, dogs, exhibitors, land, cars, their contents and accessories, or any other person or property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever. The Organisers reserve the right to refuse admission to Badminton Horse Trials to any persons or to withdraw permission at any time to remain in the Park and shall not be required to give any reason for such action.

PARKING AND ADMISSION Admission charges (admission for children 12 years & under free) The price of admission includes the use of unreserved arena seating only throughout the dressage days (Thursday & Friday) and the cross country day (Saturday). However, in order to watch the jumping (Sunday) grandstand tickets also need to be purchased for both adults and children (N.B: These grandstand tickets usually sell out in advance). Wheelchairs & Electric Scooters: For Dressage, Cross Country & Show Jumping - a small uncovered ringside enclosure reserved for wheelchair users is situated at the front of the West Stand (Block D). No Electric Scooters or Wheelchairs are to be left in the Grandstand walkways. No dogs (except assistance dogs) allowed. Please telephone Box Office for prices and full details. BADMINTON MEMBERS ENCLOSURE (available Thursday - Sunday only) From the Members Marquee and Enclosure adjoining the south side of the Arena there is a partial view of the dressage and showjumping. Also the cross-country on Saturday will start and finish in the Arena. Admission to the Members Enclosure is strictly by Member s Badge only (except for children 12 years & under who are free). Cost per person: Thursday 12, Friday 12, Saturday 15, Sunday 15 or 40 for the whole event. (NB: Membership Badges do not admit to the ground). The Marquee will provide a full range of buffet meals, snacks and drinks; there will also be a limited number of tables available which can be reserved in advance (but not on the actual day of attending). These reserved tables are only for the duration of the meal and not specifically in front of the closed-circuit televisions. For all day tables, please book in the Portcullis Club. For table reservation details please telephone the Relish Hotline: 01285 658444, Monday - Friday, 10am - 4pm (message service also outside these hours) BUT no reservation can be made without a booking reference from the Badminton Horse Trials office. NO DOGS, other than Assistance Dogs, allowed in Members Marquee or Enclosure. PORTCULLIS CLUB (available Thursday - Sunday only) This facility is a separate part of the Badminton Members Enclosure. Patrons will be able to use the facility throughout the day and may book either individual places or whole tables for 8/10 guests each and while every effort will be made to accommodate requests, exclusive use of tables for fewer than 8 persons cannot be guaranteed. Not appropriate for children under 6 years of age.
