Mr Bruce Byron AM Bruce Byron graduated from Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) pilot training in 1965. He spent twenty years in the RAAF with active service in Vietnam, operations in Papua New Guinea and a number of tours as a flying instructor specializing in training new flying instructors. From 2004 to 2008 Bruce was chairman and CEO of CASA where his focus was to make the organization more efficient, increase surveillance of passenger carrying operators and encourage operators, especially industry CEOs, to take more responsibility to deliver safe outcomes. Management of the enterprise aims to integrate intensive irrigation and cropping with livestock production. Safety is a major priority. ACCOMMODATION Please state your arrival and departure dates and enclose one night s accommodation payment with your registration. The deposit is forwarded to the hotel and you are responsible for paying the balance on your departure. If your choice of room is unavailable, the Secretariat will contact you. The Secretariat will not accept accommodation bookings after 16 September 2014. After that date delegates must make their own arrangements direct with the hotels.
