Thank you for considering the Hilton London Wembley. We are pleased to give you some information about our hotel that you may find useful while planning your visit. Arriving at the hotel The nearest bus stop is left outside the hotel (numbers 83, 182) The main entrance is Lakeside Way. There are no steps and the ground is paved.

The main entrance has an automatic revolving door, with one Accessible entrance button activated side door. The drop-off area is directly in front of the hotel. The car-park entrance is on the right-hand side of the hotel as you approach from the main road. The car park is owned and run by Wembley City named W05 and there is a slope going into the car park. There are 250 spaces allocated to Hilton Hotel. There are 20 disabled car parking spaces conveniently located on the ground floor. We offer a reduced rate when staying overnight in the hotel and this payable to the car park directly, who accept cash, credit or debit card. To reach the lobby from the car park please return to Lakeside Way car park entrance and turn right the hotel main entrance is approximately 115 meters. The car park has someone on duty 24 hours a day and are contactable on 07769282938 and 07795978348 or please ask the concierge team should you require assistance who will then contact the car park supervisor directly. If you need help with luggage or equipment, or any guidance, our team of porters and concierge are on duty 24 hours a day. The concierge desk is located in the lobby near the entrance to the right. Welcome and reception When you enter, use the main entrance. Immediately to your left is the main hotel reception.

The surfaces in the lobby are tiled with several large rugs under tables. However the main area in the lobby is clear and spacious. From the main reception area, the lifts are behind you as you face the reception desk. Check-in is at the main reception desk, which is 1m 40cm high. However, if required we have a lowered desk section at 810cm and we will be more than happy to register you there. The induction loop is located at the check-in point on the left-hand side of the reception desk and is highlighted by the induction loop sign. When you check in, our team will tell you about our evacuation policy.

If you need a large-print copy of the registration card, we can also provide this. Other services If you want to order a newspaper, please contact the concierge team. We will then deliver your newspaper each day to your room. You can order wake-up calls through the reception team. Or, you can set a wake-up call in your room either the phone system or via the television. Every guest room has a guest directory that contains information about the facilities in the hotel. For extra help to use this directory, please contact a member of the reception team. Toilet facilities The public toilets in the hotel are located on the third floor. There is one accessible toilet on this level. As you come out of the lift on the third floor please head towards Association restaurant and the accessible toilet in located in between the ladies and gents. There is an emergency cord if you require assistance and a member of our team will be with you shortly.

Phones House phones are on every bedroom floor of the Hotel and connect directly to the main reception. Three can be found at the end of each corridor and one in the lift lobby. Getting round the hotel All lifts have an announcement system to let you know what floor you are on and tactile, with markings which can be felt, buttons at the regulation height. The lifts have mirrors on the back and the sides are dark in colour.

Business centre We have a business centre located on the 4 th floor, which can be accessed from the lift. There are no steps to get to this area and access is through a single door. There are two computers for you to use. If you want to use the internet, you must buy a card from the business centre. The business centre is open between the hours of 07:00 19:00. Should you require assistance out of these hours please contact the main reception. The business centre will also be able to arrange for any photocopying/ faxing/ scanning services.

Icons Bar Icons Bar is located on the 3rd floor. As you leave the lifts, it is immediately on your left hand side. The bar area is partially tiled (immediately around the bar) however the section to the far left is carpeted. We have outside balcony area which is also tiled.

Association restaurant Associations Restaurant is located on the 3 rd floor. As you leave the lifts, it is directly in front of you When you come out of the lift please mind the escalators in the centre of the lobby area. The restaurant is partially carpeted; next to the buffet the flooring is tiled. The buffet is located to the far right hand side of the restaurant.

Livingwell Express fitness centre The hotel has a fitness room on the second floor. Take the first set of escalators from the main lobby and the Livingwell Health Club is there on the second floor. Alternatively take the lift from the main lobby to level 2 and Livingwell Health Club is to the left. The fitness room is not manned 24 hours. However there are surveillance cameras. To access the fitness room out of hours, you must take your key card. As you enter the LivingWell Health Club the reception is immediately in front of you. The gym area is past the reception straight in front of you through the glass door. If you take a right before the glass door and enter the brown door are the male and female the changing rooms are to the right. Through the changing rooms is the poolside, turbo pool and sauna and steam room. The floor in the gym is rubber. There are 3 changing rooms. There is a family/accessibility change to the right as you enter the LivingWell Health Club through the main entrance. Both the male and female changing rooms have an open change area, private showers with body wash, toilets, lockers and hair dryers. There are no steps to reach these areas. The gym has four running machines, one recumbent cycling machine, two upright cycling machines, one rowing machine, two AMT cross trainers, two cross trainers, leg extension

and leg curl machines, one accessibility machine, one FTS glide, two benches, two stability balls, a range of dumbbells, kettle bells and vipers, resistance bands and a stretch area. All our cardio machines have the latest touch screen televisions. We have a water fountain and provide towels at reception during manned hours and the entrance of the gym area during 24 hour gym hours. There is also a water dispenser. There are no lifeguards on duty and children must not be left unaccompanied by persons over the age of 18. There are emergency alarms on the poolside, gym, sauna and steam room and the family/accessibility change. We have a pool hoist for persons with accessibility difficulties. Conference facilities We have 10 meeting rooms, one board room and a Ballroom room. All meeting rooms are located on the 4 th floor along with the Business Centre and the Ball room is located on the 3 rd floor. See below for a description of each specific meeting room. The meeting rooms and the foyer areas are all carpeted. We can fit all meeting rooms with an At your service call button if you need help. You can arrange to hire audio-visual equipment before your event. Please let the conference and banqueting sales person know when you make your booking. In an emergency If the alarm bell rings, This will be an audible message and an intermittent siren. You must stay in your room until a staff member reaches you. We will send them immediately as soon as the alarm is activated. The staff member will knock on your door and enter using a fire card. They will then help you outside or to the nearest safe lift. The evacuation to help people who are nearest to the fire. If we move you to the lift and you are waiting, this is because you are in no immediate danger. We will evacuate in priority order from fire areas first.

The Hotel operates a system of PEEPs (Personal Emergency Evacuation Plans). On check-in to the Hotel, you will be offered the opportunity to discuss and outline any special requirements or assistance you may need should an evacuation of the Hotel be necessary as a result of a fire or other emergency. You will be given a copy of this Emergency Evacuation Plan and we will keep a copy for our Hotel Fire Team to refer to in case of an evacuation taking place during your stay. The Plan will specify which of our Team Members will be designated to assist you, should you require this. Please do not stop to collect any personal belongings. If you need medication, please collect this and keep it safe. If the fire is in your room, get out and close the door behind you, breaking a fire alarm if possible on your way out. If a member of staff cannot reach you, please stay in your room. Your door will protect you for one hour. As soon as the fire brigade arrive, we will tell them your room number. Do not block the door with anything, including towels, as this will prevent the fire brigade from entering your room quickly. Do not open any windows as this can increase the air circulating and increase, smoke and flames. We test the emergency alarms on Mondays at 11am. The siren will sound for no more than one minute. There is no need to evacuate. Should you have any concerns regarding emergency evacuations, please speak to the Duty Manager.
