About the Exhibition 19th International Exhibition for the Packaging Industry RosUpack, the largest industry event in Russia, CIS and Eastern Europe countries was held in IEC Crocus Expo, Moscow, in June 17-20, 2014. 714 companies from 38 countries took part in the exhibition. Sixty of them exhibited for the first time. The exposition covered the total area of over 24 500 sq. meters. 19 100 experts from 79 regions of Russia and 48 countries worldwide visited RosUpack 2014. Exhibitors RosUpack is the only exhibition in Russia where the whole process of package production is demonstrated RosUpack 2014 exposition was located at open ground in 4 halls of Pavilion 1 in Crocus Expo IEC being the most sophisticated exhibition area in Moscow. Demonstration operation of packaging machines and presentations of newly-designed products were carried out at companies' stands and demo-shows of warehouse equipment were performed at the outside area every day. The visitors have obtained a unique opportunity to choose packaging and filling equipment, modern finished package and raw materials for its production, machines for multiple and transport package, warehousing systems etc.

Visitors RosUpack visitors are experts and head of the enterprises operating in packaging industry, food industry, foodservice industry, chemical and paper-and-pulp industry, medicine, pharmaceutics and other industries. 19 100 experts from 48 countries worldwide have visited the exhibition for 4 days. A new visitors registration system have been integrated at RosUpack for the first time. Visitors could not only register in advance at the exhibition website but also print out a unique personalized badge with bar code. The new registration system has enabled visitors not to get the badge at the Registration Desk and to use time at the exhibition to maximum effect.

International scientific and practical conference "Packaging market in Russia. Challenges and possibilities. Environmental liability"; Conference "Solutions for packing processes automation"; Conference "Effective management of modern warehouse"; Conference "Additives for plastic"; Seminar "Russian-made equipment and software for flexo printing" etc. All events have been traditionally developed in close cooperation with the industrial unions and associations. Over 500 experts have visited conferences and seminars held in the scope of the business programme.
Competitive Programme The results of annual contest in the field of packaging design and production PART Awards (Packaging, Art, Research, Technology) have been summed up at RosUpack 2014 where 70 competitive samples have been accepted. The panel of judges comprised of independent experts who appraised the competitive samples by a set of criteria.
