March 2013 March 13 Planning Department published the Draft Environmental Impact Report (DEIR) for the San Francisco Groundwater Supply Project. The EIR Notice of Availability, including a notice that a public hearing would be held on April 18, was mailed to more than 6,300 organizations and individuals. The notice recipients included the owners and occupants of all properties within 300 feet of the parcels on which the project would be located, including the six proposed well facilities and pipeline routes. The public comment period on the DEIR extended from March 13 to April 27 April 2013 April 16 SFPUC staff made presentation on San Francisco Groundwater Supply Project at the regular monthly meeting of the Coalition for San Francisco Neighborhoods April 18 Planning Commission held a public hearing on the DEIR to hear public comments.
