I.D. 1609-0001 9/1/16 1235 MCKELDIN GYM MEDICAL EMERGENCY Subject entered McKeldin Gym complaining of being weak, dizzy and light headed. EMS was contacted and transported subject to Bowie Health Center. 1609-0002 9/3/16 0201 LOT D HIT & RUN See accident report #2016-0632 1115 2016-0632 9/3/16 0201 LOT D HIT & RUN 1115 1609-0003 9/2/16 2130 Q PLOT UNAUTHORIZED PARTY Fraternity initiated an unauthorized party on a fraternity plot (lot D). Officers requested the DJ discontinue playing music and shut down the party. The crowd diminished leaving trash discarded over Lot D. 1139 1609-0004 9/4/16 0151 CMRC MEDICAL EMERGENCY Subject was having trouble breathing and their inhaler could not be used due to victim panicking and having chest pains. Medic #861 was called and subject was transported to Doctors Hospital for evaluation. 1609-0005 9/6/16 1310 ROBINSON LOST PROPERTY Subject left her purse containing a wallet which contained various cards and other personal effects. Subject left the purse in the Student Center Cafeteria on 9/2 and 9/6 and returned to see if anyone had found the purse with negative results. 1609-0006 9/6/16 LIBRARY #270 INJURIED PERSON 1609-0007 9/6/16 1907 LIBRARY MISC. INCIDENT( WATER LEAK ) Subject was exiting Thurgood Marshall Library from the side door when their foot slipped between the pavement & the grass. There was light swelling on her left ankle and bruises on the knees. Subject was advised to complete an Employee s Report of Injury form. Subject refused medical treatment and was transported to Patient First Medical Center by their spouse. A water leak was reported in the men s restroom at the library which caused security to retrieve the water turn off key to shut all water off. ABM cleaned the water up and the key was returned to Robinson Hall..Facilities was notified. 1609-0008 9-7-16 1112 LIBRARY MEDICAL EMERGENCY Officers were called to the Thurgood Marshall Library for subject feeling weak, dizzy and light headed. EMS was contacted and EMS #819 responded. Vitals were checked. Subject refused being transported by EMS co-worker transported the subject to medical facility. 1609-0009 9/7/16 0300 MCKELDIN INJURED EMPLOYEE Subject injured their left knee while walking down the steps at the rear of Mckeldin Gym, losing their footing and twisted 1140 1145 1143 1112 A-ARREST JA-JUDICIAL AFFAIRS

the left knee. Subject refused medical attention and advised they would see their personal physician. 1609-0010 9-8-16 1720 LOT D DAMAGED PROPERTY Subject parked their vehicle between the hours of 1400-1700. When they returned, their vehicle had scratches on the rear bumper. It is unknown what scratched the bumper and there are no witnesses. 1609-0011 9-8-16 1738 MLK RECOVERED PROPERTY Student accidentally removed another student s duffle bag from a storage room in MLK near room 102. Bag was 1609-0012 9/9/16 0900 B-BALL COURT PROPERTY DAMAGE 1609-0013 9-8-16 1550 CMRC MISC INCIDENT (PUBLIC DISTURBANCE) returned. During patrol an officer observed damage to basketball court. Investigation revealed several tiles were pulled up by an SUV brivrn by facilities workers picking up trash. Tiles have been replaced by unknown person. Call was received for disturbance in CMRC. When officer s arrived, they were asked to escort a subject from CMRC. The subject was causing a disturbance because they were not allowed to enter CMRC without their host. The suspect was escorted from the building without incident. 1136 1142 1144 1136/ 1142 A-ARREST JA-JUDICIAL AFFAIRS

1609-0014 9/9/16 2231 LOT H ASSAULT 2 nd Degree Officers received a call to respond to the rear of CMRC for a possible assault. Victim( Nonstudent) was attending a fraternity party when she encountered a former boyfriend. They argued, and when she attempted to leave, the suspect grabbed her shoulders, lifted her and took her cell phone before leaving. Victim was advised of how to file charges and order of protection. Suspect returned phone to victim on 9/10/16 and chose not to make a statement. 1609-0015 9-10-16 1510 LOT H DAMAGE PROPERTY Victim s vehicle was damaged by subject while backing out of a parking space. Suspect left a note and left the scene, rushing for work. Officer s contacted the suspect and was able to retrieve all necessary information to be documented. Victim was advised to contact 1609-0016 9/11/16 1524 HALEY MISC. INCIDENT( Leaking Pipe) their insurance company. Call was received to respond to Haley Hall for a fire alarm activation. During observation in the boiler room, a leak was observed from one of the pipes. Facilities was contacted and photos taken. 1609-0017 9/13/2016 1220 WELLNESS MEDICAL CALL Victim was experiencing systems of having an Asthma 1144 1142 1142 1143 A-ARREST JA-JUDICIAL AFFAIRS

attack, EMS was contacted. After being examined by the Wellness Center and Paramedics, it was determined the victim was having an Anxiety Attach and was transported to Bowie Health Center. 1609-0018 9/13/2016 1220 MCKELDIN MISCELLANEOUS INCIDENT Victim returned to her car and found a steak knife on the vehicle windshield under the windshield wiper. Victim knows very few people on campus and has no enemies. Camera footage is being reviewed for a possible suspect. 1609-0019 6/16/2016 1314 MCKELDIN IMPOUND Unregistered vehicle (TAG# 1CK2841) received a citation. On 8/18/2016, victim spoke with Ms. Williams for approval to have the vehicle removed on 9/12/16. As of 9/16/16, the unregistered vehicle was still on campus. Vehicle was towed by Ray s Towing and documented in the National Crime Information Center as an impound vehicle. 1609-0020 9-16-16 1445 NSC FOUND PROPERTY Iphone5, IPhone 4S, Iphone5 were all found in the Student Center dining room and turned over to Captain Booker. 1609-0021 9/16/16 2327 CMRC ASSAULT-2 ND DEGREE Officers received a call to respond to third floor of CMRC for a possible fight in progress. Upon arrival officers were advised a fight took place in CMRC RM 311. All involved parties were identified. No injuries incurred. Forwarded to Office of Student Conduct. 1609-0022 9/19/16 0500 CMRC 404B MISCELLANEOUS- DOMESTIC DISPUTE Officers received a call for a possible domestic dispute at CMRC.When police arrived to CMRC 404B with RA, the victim said they were ok but wanted the suspect (a non BSU student) to leave but suspect refused. Suspect was escorted from CMRC and was advised not to return. Hours later, a subsequent call came in for a suspicious person which turned out to be the same subject. Suspect advised he was waiting to meet the victim to retrieve his wallet which the victim stated they did not have, Again, the suspect was told to leave and not to return or they will be subjected to arrest for trespassing. 1609-0023 9/21/16 1156 MLK MISCELLANEOUS In the MLK men s restroom #9002, unknown person utilized a black marker on grout inbetween the tiles on the wall of a JA 1142 1146 A-ARREST JA-JUDICIAL AFFAIRS

1609-0024 9/23/16 0915 HENRY ADMIN 1609-0025 9/24/16 1659 DIT( Marshall Library) 1609-0026 9/24/16 2314 TUBMAN HALL LOST PROPERTY DISORDERLY CONDUCT FALSE FIRE ALARM stall marking a Nazi Swastika sign. The faded markings appeared to be old. The Universities Facilities Department was contacted to clear the graffiti off. Subject reported loosing main entrance master key to the Henry Administration Building. The key has been missing for approx. 4 weeks. Police responded to a call for a disorderly subject. Suspect reportedly was talking on a cell phone disrupting other students. Suspect was asked several times to leave the lab but DIT personnel but instead used profanity and made racial comments while threatening to throw a stapler at the victim. Subject was eventually escorted from the area by police. Staff member sprayed air freshener in room 222, Tubman Hall and set the smoke detector off in the room. The smoke detector was reset from the panel and stopped the alarm but a red light continued flashing from the detector. Facilities was contacted in reference. Building was not evacuated. 1609-0027 9/26/16 0308 MLK ATTEMPTED THEFT An ABM employee working on 1146 A-ARREST JA-JUDICIAL AFFAIRS 1142 1115

the 2 nd floor heard and observed a person walking with 2 bags of food. When he approach & questioned the person, the person broke away and ran, dropping both bags of food. The food appeared to have come from an unsecured storage closet in the Lecture Hall (MLK). 1609-0028 9/26/16 0455 McKELDIN MISCELLANEOUS Victim s filed a stolen laptop report with Georgetown University Public Safety. The laptop was traced to the Bowie State University Marshall Library. The locator determined the laptop had been moved 9 miles away. Bowie State Police offered to give assistance if the victim could pinpoint the laptop on campus. No information was given in reference to the laptop. 1609-0029 9/28/16 0032 JERICHO PARK MISCELLANEOUS- TAMPERING WITH STATE PROPERTY DPS was posted at Henry Circle when 2 vehicles were observed leaving campus near Parking Lot O. An individual was observed exiting a vehicle to lift the arm on the closed security gate. They returned to the vehicle, drove off and waited for a second vehicle. DPS conducted a traffic stop, ID s were reviewed and a warning was issued. 1609-0030 9/29/16 2344 CMRC CDS Officers responded to CMRC for 1146 A-ARREST JA-JUDICIAL AFFAIRS 1145 1115

a call of loud music and possible CDS from room 218. In the room were several people (2 were occupants) and a deejay having a small party for a friend. All present were interviewed, all denied use of marijuana and were asked to leave. No CDS recovered. A-ARREST JA-JUDICIAL AFFAIRS
