FY 09 Omnibus Act FY 09 Legislative Language Act prohibits new continuing contracts for IWTF projects until the revenue stream for IWTF is enhanced FY 09 Omnibus Report Language Nine projects to be cost shared with IWTF (exempts the Rehab projects and Inner Harbor Nav. Canal Lock). Defer future work on exempt projects until IWTF revenue stream is sufficient to cost share projects FY 10 budget should be based on expected IWTF revenue not projections predicated on legislative fix Recovery Act IWTF projects are not subject to cost sharing 2
