17 Congress Welcome from the CEO It is with great pleasure that I invite you to participate in two of the senior leadership events for the Australasian Ambulance sector for 2017. The 2017 Council of Ambulance Authorities () Conference and the 2nd Annual Global Resuscitation Alliance Australasia Masterclass. These events will take place from 8th to 10th August 2017 at Hilton Hotel, Adelaide. The is the peak body established by its members to collaborate on ambulance matters of national, regional and international importance. The collective knowledge and expertise of s members combines to provide advice; explore opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation; and advocate on behalf of the sector to governments and key stakeholders. Our members comprise the ten public ambulance services of and New Zealand: A.C.T Ambulance Service Ambulance Service of New South Wales Ambulance Tasmania Ambulance Victoria Queensland Ambulance Service South n Ambulance Service St John Ambulance (NT) St John Ambulance (WA) St John New Zealand Wellington Free Ambulance The first Convention took place in Canberra in 1962 with 17 delegates. It s since grown to become the sector s not-to-be-missed ambulance leadership conference with 250+ delegates in attendance. The two events will bring together not only the senior leaders from a range of services across, New Zealand and indeed around the world, but also key stakeholders including government officials, policy makers and academics. events have proven very beneficial for all our partners and we anticipate that as a of interest from the key decision maker delegates in attendance. 17 Congress Exhibition Packages The exhibition will run for the duration of the Congress commencing on Tuesday 8th August and concluding at the end of afternoon tea on Thursday 10th August 2017. The Exhibition area will be located outside the main conference rooms. All drinks and meals will be located throughout the exhibition. 17 Congress Terms and Conditions General Information All costs exclude GST and are in $AUD. A tax invoice will be sent on receipt of a booking form. Finished artwork is to be supplied for all advertisements. All signage should be pull-up banners unless confirmed with the Conference Manager. Each company representative attending the conference must pre-register. Disclaimer The organising committee reserves the right to amend or add any sponsorship package and accept any sponsorship offer, listed or unlisted, at any time and without notice. Payments Once your booking form has been received, will issue your invoice and confirmation of your sponsorship and/ or exhibition booth will be made upon receipt of your payment. Cancellation Policy Once a booking form has been received for Sponsorship or Trade Exhibition opportunities, any cancellation must be advised in writing. If the cancellation is received by 30 May 2017 an administration fee of 25% of the total price is retained. If the cancellation is received after 8 July 2017 no refund is applicable. Provisions The conference organiser will take all diligent care to fulfil the listed sponsorship commitments. The Sponsors are responsible for providing all the requirements i.e. banners, promotional material and any other material. Sponsors are responsible for the security of their own equipment and materials whilst at the conference and should ensure they have appropriate Insurance Cover. Your Sponsorship selection will be confirmed upon receipt of a completed sponsorship and exhibition booking form and payment. The host and organiser reserve the right to alter the program or exhibition plan if required. The sponsorship agreement between the Council of Ambulance Authorities Inc. () and sponsor adheres solely to the 2017 Congress and will be the sole source of rights and obligations in respect of the sponsorship. The agreement does not provide the sponsor with any warranty or partnership rights relating to individual members tenders and/or expressions of interest at any point in time, including during the running of the sponsored event.
