London Rose Capacity & Charter Rates About M.V London Rose M.V London Rose (Originally named Passauer Wolf ) was built in Regensburg, Germany. After many years cruising the Danube she was brought to the Port of London to join the Viscount Cruises fleet. She has spent the last fifteen years serving as one of London s most popular private hire vessels. Having been extensively refurbished throughout her time in London she now boasts expansive booth seating, a spacious dancefloor and a well-stocked bar. The vessels interior is split between two decks with her lower saloon comfortably seating 72 guests and space for another 48 guests in the upper saloon. London Rose s dance floor is at the front of the lower saloon and is fitted with a state of the art sound system and laser lighting to ensure the perfect party atmosphere for any occasion. The lower saloon is home to a fully licensed bar serving a wide range of beers, ciders, wines, spirits, soft drinks & snacks. The bar accepts cash and card (minimum spend on card is 5) and drinks can be taken anywhere on board the vessel. Toilet facilities are located at the back of the lower saloon. The large upper deck and smaller aft deck are the perfect places to see the sights and provide excellent photo opportunities throughout your cruise. The upper saloon is the perfect place for guests to sit back and relax while they take in the views of London s breath-taking scenery from a secluded area. The interior of the vessel is fully heated for the winter months and features large panoramic windows providing outstanding views of London s iconic skyline. Sunday Evening Cruise Firework Cruises Greenwich Sunday Evening Cruise Sunday Evening Cruise is a traditional 2-hour Thames circular sightseeing cruise departing Greenwich Pier at 7.00 PM. The cruise is available every Sunday during May, June, July, August & September. The cruise will take you from the Royal Borough of Greenwich up-river past some of London's riverside sights before passing under Tower Bridge to view the Tower of London. The cruise continues through the city travelling as far as time and tide will allow before turning and returning to Greenwich to view the tea clipper Cutty Sark and if time allows, the Old Royal Naval College and the O2. On the journey up-river we will pass more than 20 of London's iconic landmarks including the Tower of London, HMS Belfast, the Shard, the Globe Theatre, St. Paul s Cathedral, Royal Festival Hall, the London Eye & the New Palace of Westminster (Houses of Parliament). During the cruise one of our knowledgeable crew members will point out places of interest and landmarks in the form of a commentary. Firework displays for Sail Royal Greenwich s tall ship regattas & events are also a regular sight on the Thames. We operate ticketed firework cruises and private charters for many of these events. Ticketed firework cruises are perfect for families or for small groups looking for an evening out without chartering an entire vessel. We offer a 10% discount on groups of 10 or more passengers on our Sunday Evening Cruise, Battersea Park Fireworks Cruises, Lord Mayor s Fireworks Cruises & Christmas Lights Cruises.
