Each division is focused on the different Hotel s management departments, in order to develop the specific competencies of the next Blue Diamond leaders.

Professional Leadership Program The program has been designed: - To allow each candidate the opportunity to implement the skills, techniques and philosophy learned, and provide the ability for him/her to expand his practical knowledge in the hospitality industry for his/her dissertation. - To create a pool of qualified professionals, trained to our Company standards and ready to fill our vacancies. - To have a structured program that facilitates schools and company the monitoring and evaluation of the intern s professional progress.
Professional Leadership Program This position provides the networking and relationships between the different business centers and empowers the relationships with managers and head of departments. Participants are qualified as high potential candidates and are training for future hotel management positions; they may participate in the executive and operational meeting that take place in the hotel in which they are working. Each participant has a mentor or coach who will help the student in his/her daily activities and will advise him/her on any issues. The coach will guide the participant throughout the entire program. The coach participates in all periodic assessments that are made to the participant, becoming a point of reference for whatever he/she may need.
Professional Leadership Program Qualification - Participant must be an active last semester student or recent graduate of the School of Business & Hotel Administration, Tourism or similar. - Participant must be fluent or have the ability to speak at least three languages (bilingual Spanish/English and third language). - Geographical mobility. - Skills: Service attitude, Communication and Active Listening. Take initiative and Being Proactive. Ability to Build Interpersonal Relationships. Teamwork. Note: for Business Leadership Program participants must obtain Master Degree Studies.
Professional Leadership Program Program Goal The hotel leadership program has been designed to provide each participant with practical knowledge of standards, products and services offered by Blue Diamond Resorts, specifically for the all-inclusive hotel segment, as part of their coaching and training to obtain their degree. In the position of Junior Resident Manager, each intern will have the opportunity to learn, under close supervision, and get exposed to the different areas of services. As a Junior Business Manager, intern will have the opportunity to learn, under close supervision, and get exposed to the different areas of administration.
Professional Leadership Program General Duties: Attend briefings or department meetings. - Knowledge and practical implementation of the standards of personal presentation. - Comply with the procedures focused on the preservation of ecosystems and environmental care. - To direct and develop excitement in execution of the Mission, Vision and Quality Policies of the hotel. - Promote the use and documentation of guest s preferences. - Promote health and safety workplace in his/her area. - Knowledge and implementation of standards.
Professional Leadership Program Main responsabilities Operational Funtions: - To perform regular rounds on the property, in order to verify proper operation, uniform, order and security within the hotel areas. - Daily supervision of the activities of the day and the correct operation of the centers of consumption at the hotel. - Maintain close communication with guests, developing public relations to enhance the positioning the hotel s image. - To review, according to a sampling, hotel rooms, monitoring the areas of opportunity generated. - Participation in the development of strategic and operational planning to meet the objectives established by the hotel.
Junior Resident Manager Main responsabilities Operational Funtions: - Monitoring guests and/or hosts comments and/or complaints. - Maintain in General Manager and Department Managers informed about any anomalies that may occur in the hotel. - Checking the daily guest satisfaction Index generated by the different tools that are handled: Geshotels, Revinate and Trip Advisor, following up on the reported opportunity areas. - Monitor pending news from the previous turn and/or reported by executives of the hotel.
Junior Resident Manager Main responsabilities Operational Funtions - Monitor Second Effort Reports and Opportunity Reports. - Respond to any guest s request. - To develop and create projects that can help improve the service or the operation of the hotel. - To provide personalized service to groups, VIPS and repeat guests to ensure that their needs are met according to expectations. - Monitoring the performance of equipment controls and operational tools for their proper control. - To actively participate on BDR teams to guest service matters.
