The hoses are suitable for transport of granulate and dust. The hoses are durable, suitable for transport of slightly abrasive particles e.g. for dust exhaust within the wood and plastic industries. The hoses are resistant to low solutions of solvents and vapours. The hose is with Helix wire. Temperature range: -40 to +100 C. The hose is available in standard lengths of 10m. Delivered in ca. 2.2m lengths, plastic wrapped. The PUR hose is also available for use in the food processing industry with FDA approval. The hose is coated externally with a protective PE layer. The hose is suitable for exhaust and air conveying in heating and air-conditioning systems. The hose is also suitable for fume/vapour exhaust as well as point exhaust. The hose is made of several layers, which makes it mechanically strong. The internal aluminium layers provide a good heat reflecion. The hose is internally very smooth, which ensures a low static pressure loss. Temperature range: -40 til +120 C. Fire retardant. The hose has a high resistance to wear and tear and can be used for aggressive fumes, vapours, gasses and varm air. The hose is resistant to chemicals, acids, solvents, UV light and ozone. The hose is mechanical strong and yet very flexible. Temperature range: -30 to +130 C. Intermittently to +150 C The hose is supplied in 10m length. Other lengths available upon request. The insulation prevent backflow of condense in e.g. fume and vapour exhaust installations. The insulation also prevent condense water built-up in heating or cooling systems. The flexible connections are used to isolate pipe systems from vibrating sources such as ventilators or air handling units. The connection are only to be used for clean air or fumes. Flexible connections are waterproof and resistant to oil and grease. The connections withstand temperatures up to 250 C. The material is flame and fire retardant. Connections are available in standard s, but can be made to order.
