Transportation There is a bus stop 100 meters from the hotel for all major destinations such as Paphos harbour, Paphos town, Archaeological sites and the Shopping mall. Cars, Buggies and Bicycle rentals available The All-Inclusive Wristbands and Day Passes All-Inclusive wristband An All-Inclusive wristband that entitles you to take full advantage of our All-Inclusive food and beverage outlets will be issued to you upon check-in. The All-Inclusive wristband must be worn always to allow staff to serve you. Our wristbands come in different colours for different purposes, as follows: Dark Blue Wristbands: for in-house adults on AI Gold Wristbands: for in-house adults on ULTRA AI The identification wristbands are allergy tested and are free of PVC Day Passes for Non-Residents - Daily All Inclusive wristband: Suitable for walk-in guests that entitles them to our AI package for the day at the price of 75.00 per person, per day and for half day passes at 55.00 per person, per day. The All-Inclusive wristband must always be worn to allow staff to serve you. Food and beverage items are intended for consumption within the hotel take away is not allowed. All-Inclusive beverages are served between 10:00 until 24:00 and don t include premium and imported drinks. After 24:00 all drinks ordered will be charged at hotel prices. Drinks that are not listed in the All-Inclusive package are charged at hotel prices. In our efforts of sustainability and good practice we serve one drink per person per order. After the current drink is finished another drink can be ordered. Restaurants serve unlimited local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks such as draught beer, wine, soft drinks, juices, coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. Dress codes apply to various outlets and areas of the hotel Visitors are obliged to register at the reception and purchase a day-pass the visitor and/or deny service to them or their host. otherwise the hotel reserves the right to charge Alcohol is only served to guests over 18 years of age. Check out is at 12:00 noon, luggage room available. Courtesy room upon availability. Late checkout can be arranged at a charge according to availability. The hotel accepts no responsibility for personal items, money or other items lost in any public area, room or safe. For lost and found items please enquire at the reception. Night swimming is not permitted. Should any accident/ incident/ any illness occur or loss/damage on Hotel s property this should be reported to the Hotels Management either verbally or in writing prior to your departure from the hotel. Failure to do so, the hotel will not be liable in the future for any of the above. Silence: We would appreciate silence in the hotel corridors after 23:00hrs, out of respect to the other guests. Safety: All guests should familiarise themselves with the hotels health and safety rules and regulations that should be followed always. Entry into the Hotel in wet clothing is prohibited to avoid possible slipping or accidents. Glassware and Chinaware are prohibited around the Pool areas for your safety. Plastic cups and plates are made available for your use. You are kindly requested to keep the emergency doors closed always. The Hotel will not be liable for claims of injuries or damages caused under such circumstances. Do not use the lifts in case of fire. In case the hotel needs to be evacuated, the meeting point is located outside the Hotel Entrance in front of the flags. Stay calm. Close the balcony and bedroom doors. Do not take with you any personal belonging and your luggage. For aesthetic reasons, please refrain from hanging wet towels or clothes over the terrace furniture and banister. Pets: We love animal s, but we cannot allow them to enter the hotel. Please do not reserve sun beds with items of clothing or any other objects as the hotel staff may remove them if necessary at any given time. Pool towels can be obtained from the Fitness Club by receiving a towel card at refundable deposit of 10.00 each. Upon departure please return the towels to the Fitness Club where you will receive your refundable deposit. Failure to do so will result in an automatic charge of the towels to your extras account.
