Diary slovenia sunday We had to gather at half past 11 at the airport at the taxi meeting point with all the parents there when everyone was there we checked in our suitcases and we could say goodbye to our parents. Then we went through customs and had eaten soon after customs at Burger King. Then we left the plane from Transavia, the journey took 1.5 hours when we landed in Ljubljana (Slovenia) we searched for a man with a sign "remote." When we found the man we went in his taxi bus from Ljubljana to Celje, when we arrived at Celje at our hostel there were also the other children from Slovenia, Portugal and Turkey, the Spanish and German children arrived later. Then we went to the hostel to check in and unpack our luggage. We had some time to pick up and choose the rooms, then we were able to rest on the terrace and take some drinks. When we picked up everything we were equipped we went to Osnovna Sola Lava school by taxi. There we encountered all countries except Spain because in the meantime Germany arrived, then the head director gave a small speech and after that each country could tell what kind of traditional food they had brought. Turkey: Feta, sausage, a kind of rolls of rice and sweet pastries. Portugal: Wine, cinnamon rolls, 2 kinds of sausage and bread to eat with honey. Slovenia: Cheescake, rolls of cake with jam and cheese cubes. Nederland: biscuit with mice And Germany had nothing because they had just arrived. When every country had told what they had brought, everyone had to taste something. After everyone had eaten it was late and we went back to the hostel by taxi.
Monday We got up and went to breakfast at the hotel celeia. After we had done that, we went to the same school yesterday by taxi to do a few workshops there. The first workshop was deciphering a secret letter using a special method. We were the first to decipher the letter and therefore won a prize, the price was a kind of coconut with chocolate called Raffaello. After we had done that, we went to the 2nd workshop. There we had to make love potion, that was a kind of love perfume. The 3rd workshop we made medieval self-making of plaster but only 2 children were allowed to make their faces, so we started out and Jade and Lucas became. We had to plaster their face with plaster and then when it was dry they took it off and poured gypsum into it to get a plaster, after which we had some spare time and we went to play with a few boys. Tuesday Today we got up and we went to hotel celeia for breakfast, after breakfast we went to the same school by taxi just like yesterday. We did medieval music and a medieval dance there. When we did that we went to the kitchen and went to dinner there. After dinner we had free time so we went to our hostel. When it was 6 o'clock we went to a picnic and had a barbecue there, when we had eaten it was 10 o'clock and we went back to our hostel.
Wednesday We had finished and went to Celeia again for breakfast. Today we had a tour of another school as the days before. In the school we went to cook a medieval dish with all countries that was very chic but we did not like it all. After that we went to our hostel to rest, because after that we have to do a hiking tour of 2 hours and then go to the climbing spa. After we rested we went on the way again and started the tour. But when we had walked for half an hour, there were cars and the jugs asked if we could drive with them because it might be too heavy for us. So we had to drive by car. When we were on the mountain we had to wait one more hour for the rest because they had taken off the hiking tour. When the rest was there we went to the climbing boulder, first of all, you had to do an easy course to practice and if you could do it a bit, you could do the more difficult trail. But you could not just get off the trail so you had to finish him. When we were almost ready, it suddenly started to rain very quickly and we had to get off the track quickly. Then we went in, there we ate two kinds of soup and pancake with apricot jam for dessert then we went by bus to the hostel and there we went to sleep.
Thursday Today we went for breakfast and we had to eat breakfast for breakfast because after breakfast we went by bus, the journey took about 2 hours afterwards we had to walk a lot and when we were there there was blue sea but we could not swimming. Then we had to walk up a mountain and then we were at a castle and there we could see for a while and then we got free time to look there. When we got there we went back by bus to Ljubljana and there we could go for a walk or walk there and we chose to walk for ourselves.
Friday Today we went to the castle by taxi and there we could all medieval games. Bowling or apples bake but also other fun things, then we did a play of our story after we went to a restaurant and then we went back to the hostel.
