Welcome to Conference 2016... HIANZ returns to Rotorua in 2016 for what s billed to be our best conference ever! This years conference theme is Sustainable Business Growth, and our guest speakers and workshops will be geared around this theme. We have moved our Trade Show & Conference to the Rotorua Energy Events Centre this year to allow for more exhibition and conference space due to high demand in recent years. Our official Conference Hotel is the Millennium Hotel Rotorua, and the Ice-breaker function on Tuesday Wednesday evening will be held at the Hotel Poolside. Similar to last year, this years event includes two dinners - the first being a casual networking function being held at the Hutchings Barn at the Agrodome, complete with themed dress! A night not to be missed. The second dinner is the finale and HIANZ excellence awards celebration - a more formal evening to recognise and celebrate the recipients of Hire Excellence Awards. This year we have many opportunities for sponsors to come aboard, allowing marketing opportunities in a structured manner. For more details please continue to read the following pages. Trade Show - Unison Arena 1 The Unison Arena is within the Rotorua Energy Events Centre in the Government Gardens Grounds Lake Rotorua. The Arena is a multi-functional area with pillar-free, specialist tradeshow and exhibition space, which has been arranged for us to have 75 equally sized trade show stands which can be purchased as single or multiple booths. As in previous years we will be integrating catering and the conference programme to drive as much traffic into the trade show area as possible. Sponsorship opportunities... Conference Programme Printing $1,000 + GST There is one opportunity available to sponsor the conference program printing. The conference programs are included in the delegate s satchels and are full of useful information pertaining to the conference, such as educational workshops and the conference agenda. The inclusion of promotional material/give away items in the Delegate Bag Sponsor $2,000 + GST There is one opportunity available to sponsor the delegate satchels. This sponsorship allows your organisation s logo to be displayed on the delegate s satchels. Your logo printed on the delegate satchels (1 colour print only) Inclusion of your companies promotional/give away items in the Delegate Lanyards $1,500 + GST There is one opportunity available to sponsor the Delegate Lanyards. The Lanyard will be worn around the necks of all conference attendees at all times, displaying their name tags. Afternoon tea naming rights (both Wed & Thurs) Keynote Speaker $2,500 + GST There are two opportunities to sponsor a Keynote Speaker. The Keynote Speaker is a high profile personality who performs, entertains and motivates on stage for an hour. A Keynote speaker is scheduled for Wednesday morning and Thursday afternoon.
