Lodge Packages include overnight lodging, a total of 7 all you can eat buffet meals, one meeting space, and guest membership. ASPEN DINING ROOM AND RUESCH AUDITORIUM Meals and refreshments: Aspen Dining Room buffet Our all you can eat buffets are included with your lodge room package at a discounted rate; your group s package includes a total of 7 meals with your 3 night stay. Both the lunch and dinner meals offer a fresh salad bar with healthy toppings and a wide variety of great entrées from sliced beef to roast chicken to spaghetti with zesty Alfredo sauce. A vegetarian entrée is available six days a week, and on Friday there is a fish selection. Don't forget to stop by the dessert table and taste our baker's homemade goodies! And for a delicious start to your day, there are fresh fruit and hot breakfast options such as omelets and fruit filled pancakes. Our buffet is all-you-can-eat so you will be fueled for your full day of activities! Boxed meals to-go may be included as a part of your meal package in place of the buffet or ordered separately. Rustic Café, located in the Administration Building, offers a variety of snacks, espresso drinks, and light meals. Meals and refreshments delivered to your meeting space.
