BNA Requirements - New BNA Badge Procedures Access to the General Aviation area at BNA requires a BNA security badge. The applicant must bring the application along with two valid IDs (Per Form I-9) to the Identification Office. Applications may be obtained from Kathy Hatter or Aaron Evans in MNAA Operations. Applicants will be fingerprinted and must pass all security background checks to be eligible for a badge at BNA. After applying, the applicant should continuously check with the Identification Office at 615-275-2387 to see if the applicant is approved. After approval, the applicant must sign up for an appointment for SIDA training class. The applicant will receive his/her BNA General Aviation airport access/identification media upon successful completion of the required Security/SIDA training class. All regular badge fees will be waived for applicants from Tune.
BNA Requirements - New BNA Vehicle Access Procedures Operating a motor vehicle in the General Aviation area at BNA requires a permit sticker. Applicants must apply for the vehicle permit sticker at the Identification Office at BNA. Applications may be obtained from Kathy Hatter or Aaron Evans in MNAA Operations. The vehicle permit sticker must be affixed to the front windshield of the vehicle to enter the General Aviation area. All regular vehicle permit sticker fees will be waived for applicants from Tune.
