The Rosedale Designed to emphasize space and light with modern free standing lounge and dining furniture in elegant amber oak woodwork and contrasting ivory cream in the kitchen, the Rosedale range has been developed to be spacious and contemporary with its open plan layouts. All models in the Rosedale range are equipped with UPVC double glazing, wet radiator heating system, extra insulation, and built-in microwave; an integral fridge and freezer completes the high specification. The only unit that is designed for all year round use is a Residential Park Home. These are built to the BS3632 specification. Caravan Holiday Homes are built to the EN1647 specification. If you are looking to live in a Caravan Holiday Home or stay in one for non-recreational use you should consider purchasing a Residential Park Home which is sited on a Residential Park Home Estate. If the above advice is not followed and your Caravan Holiday Home is used as a main residence then the manufacturer s warranty may be compromised.
