MISSION MEADOWS Thief in the Night! () 2014 SUMMER CAMPS

M ES SA G E T O PA R EN T S Thank you for taking the time to consider what Mission Meadows has to offer! We know that sending your child to camp, attending a camp or retreat on your own, or joining us as a family, is a big decision that s why we re committed to providing a safe, fun, caring, Christ-centered environment. We carefully screen and interview our staff, selecting those with high personal and spiritual maturity and a sincere love for others. We also consistently meet or exceed state health department guidelines for facilities, food service and supervision. We do all this in the hope of making Mission Meadows a place where young campers, adult guests and family campers alike, will have an opportunity to grow emotionally, spiritually and personally all while making memories that last a lifetime. Thanks again for choosing Mission Meadows. We look forward to seeing you in the year ahead! Grace & Peace, Bryan T. Muecke, Executive Director Mission Meadows is owned and operated by the Great Lakes Conference of the Evangelical Covenant Church. YOUTH CAMPS With the help of our well-trained and talented staff, camp is the ultimate summer adventure. Youth Camps are filled with excitement and dynamic programming for kids of all ages and interests. Each week includes traditional camp activities, daily chapels and spontaneous fun, while specific schedules and special events change with the age of campers. Most of all, we encourage campers to seek a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Camp is a great place to connect with other youth in a setting where it is cool to grow as a Christian while encountering fun, challenging and genuine relationships. Come join us for all the action. Check out our website for more info on Youth Camps. www.missionmeadows.org TRAILBLAZER CAMP (ENTERING 3-6) Elementary students will love our Trailblazer weeks of camp! Your child will get to experience all aspects of camp. Our staff will encourage these campers to try new activities and will have tons of fun along the way. Camp is a great place to take steps of independence while being away from home. Our caring staff will help each camper become accustomed to the structure and concept of camp and lead them through dynamic days of playing, building friendships and learning about God. TRAILBLAZER HALF TIME (ENTERING GRADES 3-6) Sometimes a full week is just too much for our younger campers. Trailblazer Half Time is a great first step for the young camper during our weeks geared toward campers of this age. Your child will discover camp and experience all the fun in a condensed camp session. Our caring staff will help each camper become accustomed to the structure and concept of camp and lead them through three dynamic days of playing, building friendships and learning about God. HALF-PINT HALF TIME (ENTERING GRADES 1-4) Half-Pint Half Time is a stand-alone, two nights, camp experience for our youngest campers. This year these campers will have camp to themselves, so we can tailor their experience even more. This is a great first step for the young camper. Your child will discover camp and experience all the fun in a condensed camp session. Our caring staff will help each camper become accustomed to the structure and concept of camp and lead them through three dynamic days of playing, building friendships and learning about God. JR. HIGH CAMP (ENTERING GRADES 6-8) The growing independence of junior high campers is recognized by giving them a maximum choice of activities. Our caring staff will care for and challenge your Junior Higher to make good decisions, work together and take the next step in their faith journey. TEEN CAMP (ENTERING GRADES 9-RECENT GRADS) Live it up by taking charge of your camping experience! Our High School Camp allows teens to customize their week with our special interest activities designed by our staff. Each year we offer different activities so returning high school students get a fresh new experience!
