Our GPS is set to arrive at the preeminent destination with a backdrop against the majestic Rocky Mountains. This contemporary location in Englewood, CO, displays a sophisticated and comfortable Colorado style that distinguishes itself as the region s most technologically advanced meeting facility with 302 luxurious guests rooms, a 4,500 square foot full service spa and fitness center, 18 holes of championship gold, indoor/outdoor swimming, tennis, and the five distinctive dining and beverage outlets. The Inverness Hotel and Conference Center, known as one of the area s premier conference resort, is only minutes away from the trendy dining, Denver Tech Center business park, retail shopping and downtown Denver via light rail. This year s conference will provide members and affiliates with an opportunity to attend workshops, highlight our national projects and handle important business as we are Uniting Communities for Growth, Partnerships and Service, as well as, focus on our National theme Uplifting Our Legacy of Sisterhood, Leadership and Service. This year, conference workshops may include, but are not limited to T.O.R.C.H., Health, Wellness, Retirement, Civic Engagement and Social Justice. In addition, the national projects highlighted may include; topics surrounding the USA Swimming, St. Jude Children s Research and Project Reassurance. The Western Region is using a professional conference administrative system, Eventbrite, where members and affiliates will have the option of using a payment plan when paying your respective regular registration fees. In addition, my home chapters, Theta Zeta Sigma and Beta Rho Sigma are planning an exciting conference for you to enjoy. Once the early bird registration period ends, Sorors and affiliates wishing to register for the conference must do so at the regular or late registration rates and must pay in full at the time of registration. Second and final installment must be paid/received (if registering by mail) on or before the end of the regular registration period (February 25, 2016). If the second payment is not made by on or before the end of the regular registration period, the first installment payment will be forfeited.
