Plan your UNIT s YEAR AT Make sure your Scouts have a great year! Program planning is very important to ensure Scouts and families have the best experience and an ideal year in Scouting. It provides clear communication and a plan to make a successful program. Units with a good program planning process have more Scouts, more leaders, do less fundraising and have more fun.
