Brushy Creek Campground Third St. Baptist Church P.O. Box 763 Arkadelphia, AR 71923 Dear Annual Camper, If you re a returning camper, Welcome Back! If you are new to Brushy Creek Campground, we look forwarding to sharing our facility with you. 2013 was a great year and we received many praises from the Corps of Engineers. Everyone did their part to ensure the campground was well-maintained and aside from a very few minor rule violations, there were no significant problems. All violations were taken care of on a case-by-case basis and resolved quickly. However, we want to remind everyone that subleasing or selling your campsite after paying your lease is strictly prohibited without written approval from the Brushy Board. Consequences may result in forfeiture of the site and loss of lease payment. The Brushy Board must know who is leasing the site to ensure the safety of the campground and for contact purposes. Our desire is to provide a safe, family-friendly retreat to relax and enjoy beautiful Lake Degray. We ask you to remember that this is a ministry of Third Street Baptist Church and to keep that thought foremost in your minds as you camp with us. We are so thankful that you have chosen Brushy Creek Campground and will do all that we can do to make your camping experience with us a delightful one. In so doing we ask that you adhere to our rules and follow them at all times. Resources are limited so every effort is made to improve the campground and limit unnecessary expenses. We cannot and will not tolerate abuse of our facility or its policies as it affects all who choose to camp with us. A completed application (see last page in this packet) and deposit must be received by November 30, 2013. All applications are subject to approval by the Brushy Board and upon approval, you will receive notification of your site for 2014. Please be advised that the Campground Caretakers will not accept any annual payments. All payments must be mailed to the address above or delivered directly to Third St. Baptist Church. Move-in may begin on Saturday, March 1, 2014 and campers must be removed by Sunday, November 1, 2014. Also, the annual Brushy clean-up day will take place on Saturday, February 15 and lunch will be provided. Bring your blowers, chain saws, tractors, rakes, etc to help get the campground in shape for move-in. Please indicate the number of people attending on your registration form so we can figure a food amount. We look forward to seeing you again! Thank you and God Bless you, Brushy Creek Board of Directors
