Explorer Scholarship $30,000 awarded annually Individual awards typically range from $100-$600 Students selected based on response to essay question and financial aid application Recipients usually are not informed until 1-2 months before the trip and scholarship will be subtracted from the remaining balance. New Albany traveling scholarships are awarded every June for the following Summer. Summer 2016 scholarships have already been rewarded.
