CAO Comments: As part of its Public Consultation Process, Metro Vancouver is requesting input from BIM Council into the two concept options for Davies Orchard. Metro Vancouver staff will be reporting back to the Metro Vancouver Regional Parks Committee at a future meeting with a recommended concept. Recommendation: 1. That Council indicate to the Metro Vancouver Regional Parks Committee and staff its support for Davies Orchard Concept 1: Open Space Focus "Priority is on more open and nature experience/ programmable space. The four cottages in good condition are retained."; OR 3. NEW BUSINESS Recommendation: 2. That Council indicate to the Metro Vancouver Regional Parks Committee and staff its support for Davies Orchard Concept 2: Heritage Focus "Focus given to the historic use of the site.
