Shoaling is present along the left channel line of this partial reach, beginning 200 feet landward of GREEN BUOY W/LIGHT #3 extending to 1,100 feet landward towards GREEN BUOY W/LIGHT #5. Shoaling extends to a maximum width of 45 feet into the channel. Partial Reach G: East: Spot shoals with approximately 30 feet width and maximum 100 feet length exist, beginning approximately at 5,500 feet, 4,400 feet, and 4,100 feet seaward from the Oceanic Bridge in the right outside quarter. Spot shoaling begins approximately 4,600 feet seaward from Oceanic Bridge across the middle half of the channel and extends 240 feet landward. In the left outside quarter a 50 feet wide shoal exists 5,200 feet seaward of the Oceanic Bridge and extends approximately 190 feet landward. Shoaling exists approximately 4,800 feet seaward from the Oceanic Bridge in the left outside quarter and extends 1,300 feet landward with a maximum width of 80 feet. Partial Reach G: at Oceanic Bridge: Edge shoaling exists along the right channel line beginning 1,900 feet seaward of Oceanic Bridge and ending 1,450 feet landward of the same. Shoaling exists across the width of the right outside quarter beginning 900 feet seaward from Oceanic Bridge and extends for approximately 640 feet landward. Sporadic shoaling exists in the middle half of the channel beginning approximately 770 feet seaward from the Oceanic Bridge and extending for 470 feet landward. Shoaling exists in the left outside quarter beginning approximately 600 feet seaward from Oceanic Bridge and extending 210 feet landward. Reach C: Buoy #38: Begins at junction between the North and South Branches of the project approximately 360 feet seaward of RED-GREEN BUOY W/ LIGHT NS ; Ends at approximate location of RED LIGHT #38. Reach D: Sands Point: Begins at approximate location of RED LIGHT #38; Ends at approximate location of RED LIGHT #40 at Sands Point. Reach E: Pleasure Bay Bridge: Begins at approximate location of RED LIGHT #40; Ends approximately 1000 feet landward of RED NUN #44 at Pleasure Bay Bridge. Reach F: Upstream Project Limit: Begins approximately 1000 feet landward of RED NUN #44 at Pleasure Bay Bridge; Ends at approximately 860 feet landward of GREEN CAN #49 at the upstream limit of the project. Reach G: Oceanic Bridge: Begins at the junction between the North and South Branches approximately 930 feet landward of RED NUN #12; Ends approximately 360 feet landward of RED NUN #16 at Oceanic Bridge. Reach H: Red Bank: Begins approximately 360 feet landward of RED NUN #16 at Oceanic Bridge; Ends approximately 2,360 feet landward of RED NUN #24 at Red Bank. The channel length is in nautical miles SHREWSBURY RIVER, NJ o Reach A: Shoaling exists along the right channel line in the Right Outside Quarter, with a maximum width of 40 ft, from the beginning of the reach to a point 600 ft landward of RED NUN #4. Shoaling also exist along the left channel line in the Left Outside Quarter, with a 100 ft maximum width, beginning 200 ft landward of GREEN BUOY W/ LIGHT #3 ending 275 ft landward of GREEN BUOY W/ LIGHT #5 extending into the Middle Half for a 100 ft length and 20 ft width in the vicinity of GREEN BUOY W/LIGHT #5. Three spot shoals exist along the right channel line: One 100 ft long 20 ft wide in the vicinity of GREEN BUOY W/LIGHT #9; One 450 ft long with 30 ft maximum width beginning 1,350 ft landward of GREEN BUOY W/LIGHT #9; One 40 ft long with 50 ft maximum width beginning 370 ft landward of RED NUN #10. Two spot shoals exist in the Middle Half: One in the right half of Middle Half, 120 ft long 50 ft wide beginning 270 ft landward of RED NUN #4 One in the left half of the Middle Half 80 ft long 60 ft wide beginning 630 ft landward of GREEN BUOY W/LIGHT #11. Two spot shoals exist in the left half of the Left Outside Quarter: One 40 ft by 40 ft at 900 ft landward of GREEN BUOY W/LIGHT #9 One 110 ft long 40 ft wide beginning 550 ft landward of GREEN BUOY W/LIGHT #11. Shoaling then extends to the entire channel width for an approximate 1,000 length, beginning at a point approximately 1,200 ft landward of GREEN BUOY #11 W/LIGHT ends 550 ft seaward of GREEN BUOY W/LIGHT #11A.. o Reach B: No shoaling exists in this entire reach. o Reach C: Shoaling exists across the entire channel width beginning approximately 150 ft seaward of RED- GREEN BUOY W/ LIGHT NS, and ending approximately 250 ft landward of the same. Shoaling exists along the right channel line in the Right Outside Quarter, with a maximum width of 40 ft, beginning at the Rumson Road Bridge and extending 150 ft landward. Shoaling exists across the entire width of the channel beginning approximately 370 ft seaward of RED BUOY W/ LIGHT #28 and extending landward for an approximate distance of 1,060 ft. Shoaling exists along much of the channel width beginning 800 ft seaward of GREEN CAN #29 to a point approximately 600 ft landward of the same. Spot shoaling exists in the Left Outside Quarter from GREEN LIGHT #31 and extending 300 ft landward with 40 ft maximum width. o Reach D: Shoaling exists in the Left Outside Quarter beginning approximately 250 ft landward of GREEN CAN #37 and ending approximately 850 ft seaward of GREEN CAN #39 with a maximum width of approximately 70 ft extending into the Middle Half of the channel. Shoaling exists in the Right Outside Quarter beginning 500 ft seaward of RED LIGHT #40 and extending to the end of the reach at RED LIGHT #40 with a maximum width of approximately 35 ft. o Reach E: Shoaling exists across a majority of the Right Outside Quarter from the beginning of the reach at the approximate location of RED LIGHT #40 and extending approximately 2750 ft landward to approximately 130 ft seaward of RED NUN #44. This shoal also extends into the Middle Half for a 300 ft length and 50 ft width in the vicinity of RED NUN #42.

PAGE 3 OF 3 Shoaling exists across much of the Middle Half and Left Outside Quarter beginning 300 ft landward of RED NUN #42 to the end of this reach at Pleasant Bay Bridge. o Reach F: Shoaling exists across most of the Left Outside and Right Outside Quarters and partially into the Middle Half covering up to 75% of the entire channel width from Pleasant Bay Bridge to Green Can #49. Shoaling exists across the entire channel from Green Can #49 to a point approximately 800 ft landward. o Reach G: Spot shoals exist in all quarters from RED NUN #2 to approximately 120 ft landward of RED NUN #6 Shoaling exists across much of the entire reach from RED NUN #10 to approximately 500 ft landward. Shoaling exists in the Left Outside Quarter from GREEN LIGHT #11 extending approximately 900 ft landward. This shoal also extends into the Middle Half landward of GREEN LIGHT #11 for a 300 ft length and 40 ft width. Shoaling exists along the left channel line in the Left Outside Quarter with a maximum width of 40 ft beginning approximately 200 ft seaward of RED BUOY WITH LIGHT #14 and extends to a point approximately 700 ft landward of the same Shoaling exists across the majority of the Right Outside Quarter and Middle Half of the channel beginning approximately 150 ft seaward of GREEN CAN #15 and extends to a point approximately 400 ft landward of the same. Shoaling exists across the entire channel width beginning approximately 400 ft seaward of GREEN BUOY W/ LIGHT #15A and extending 150 ft landward. o Reach H: Shoaling exists across much of the Right Outside Quarter beginning 300 ft seaward of RED NUN #22 and ending 550 ft landward of RED NUN #24. Shoaling also exists across much of the Left Outside Quarter beginning 550 ft landward of RED NUN #22 and extending to a point approximately to a point 200 ft seaward of RED NUN #24. Shoaling begins in the Left Outside Quarter approximately 2,000 ft landward of RED NUN #24 and expands to cover the entire channel width to the end of the reach.
